This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Park your car and walk everywhere! Pool/hot tub are being renovated currently AND there is construction. It’s done sometime end of August.

Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends.
