This home boasts one of the best locations in town. 10 min walk to festival grounds entrance. 30 second walk to the river trail. 5 min walk to gondola/slopes or downtown. One of the only stays in town with a hot tub AND a pool(open during summer)! Amazing views from patio. Its a very quick walk to enjoy all the local eats, galleries, shops and music festivals. Enjoy free off-street parking for one vehicle, take in the tranquil sounds of the gurgling San Miguel river steps from the front door. Situated just north of Durango, Unit 340 is only a couple of minutes from world class skiing at Purgatory Ski resort and is also right at the start of the breathtaking drive to Silverton. This cozy studio style unit has a queen sized bed, double recliner couch, and roll-away twin bed. Upon arrival, our guests will be welcomed with a fully stocked kitchen, a bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi-style bathtub, and a wood burning fireplace. Enjoy your stay in our mountaintop condo. Lovely little slice of Telluride!

We've re-designed and recently completed a lovely remodel. We've opened up walls, taken out extraneous owner's closets and made it into a much more usable short-term rental. Though the 1 bedroom condo is only 450 square feet, it feels like the perfect amount of space for a 4 person family or a couple and a couple friends.
