Condo vacation rentals in San Juan County

Loved our trip to Telluride! This space was perfect for me and my two friends. The views were great and Kristin was always very quick to respond with any needs that we had. There were plenty of towels and blankets which is always a big plus for me.

Perfect spot, close to the market, chair 7 is around the block, short walk to town, cozy and the sheets on the bed were comfortable!

Amy was a wonderful host, and her condo in Telluride is an awesome place to stay for easy access to the mountain as well as the heart of town. Open kitchen with ability to eat in every night if you’d like. One of the most comfy beds I’ve ever slept in which was very nice after a day on the mountain. Amy leaves instructions that greatly benefit your stay, such as how to easily connect to the surround sound, use your own device to play anything from the TV(s) etc. The shuttle to town makes everything very accessible and the stop is less than 100yds away. Grocery store 5 min walk max. I cannot recommend this place enough. I will definitely be staying here again!

This place was fantastic. Right in the middle of town and Matt was very responsive both before, during and after the visit. Full kitchen was an added bonus!

Perfect location and great condo. Covered secure parking such a plus. Nicely appointed condo with a layout that stood out with bedrooms on the ground level and living area upstairs. If it hadn't been snowing, the roof deck would have been a perfect place to enjoy coffee or an afternoon cocktail. Definitely recommend and would stay here again. Vacasa did a great job with communications, managing access, check out etc...

The location is very convenient, allowing kids to ski in and out with ease. The added convenience of a ski butler service delivering equipment right to your door is a great touch. The hotel’s shuttle drivers are all exceptionally patient and courteous. The rooms are spacious, clean, tidy, and very comfortable.

Excellent location, space was perfect for our group 7. Everything was clean, well furnished and as described. Can’t say enough about the staff at the building, their service/helpfulness, and the amenities provided. Highly recommend and would most definitely stay here again.

Susan and Navid (Susan’s husband) couldn’t have been any kinder and helpful. He recommended restaurants and places to go. The place was spectacular and that is putting it mildly. You couldn’t beat ski in and ski out! We will DEFINITELY BE BACK AGAIN!54

We had a fantastic time. Great spot for a group of friends to stay and ski. Five minutes walk to the chairlift. Stacy was flexible and communicative. Highly recommend and would stay there again.

Great condo close to the Chondola and Sunshine lifts at Telluride. Tip: leave your skis at the Ski Valet in the Village to save you the 5-7 min walk with the gear after a long day on the slopes. Michele is very communicative and proactive (she quickly dealt with an issue upon checking in). Condo is particularly suited for families with kids (lots of games!). Beautiful views!

Everything was perfect! Steam shower was amazing after skiing all day!

Great stay in Telluride. Accommodations were very comfortable and just a few steps from the chair lift for skiing.

Cut to the case… Would I stay again? Definitely! This property is nestled in a quiet, secluded area against the mountain. It is a dated property when compared to a lot of new structures in and around the area. However, don’t let that weigh on your mind too heavily. The unit is located on the second floor (considering ground as 1st) next to the staircase. I found the unit to be safely secured, well lighted, clean, providing a comfy bed, and stocked with all the amenities one would need for a visit to Telluride. For me, it was an easy short walk to lift 7 and a little further walk to lift 8/free gondola via a nature path along side of a stream. Also, it is conveniently located to grocery and liquor store. I even walked downtown for dinner on several occasions. Per my own picky preference, I found the decor a bit worn, outdated, and cramped for the full functionality due to the close proximity of the bed and dresser. The host was very attentive with quick responses. : )

Great location for easy walk to Telluride Gondola Station and Oak St lift. Gondola runs till 2am (per operator) for access to/from San Sophia & Mountain Village. Restaurants, bars, delis, bakeries, shopping all walking distance… no need to take the car out! The condo itself is just as pictured. Gorgeously appointed yet cozy. A few recommendations for future guests… if you’re down to use the steam shower, bring eucalyptus oil or something, I wish we had, loved having the steam after a long cold day, great bonus! And FYI cooking supplies are limited to a couple frying pans and a few basic cooking utensils. We brought ingredients to cook in order to avoid eating out every night but ended up with no bakeware to make it possible. Other than spending a little more than planned as a result, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely stay again.

Good location. Few mins walking to lift and shuttle stops. Barbara is very responsive and kindly let me park extended hours after checking out.

Very clean. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or grill...lots of pots & pans, utensils, etc. The location is phenomenal on the walking trail along the San Miguel River. Easy walking to everything in this cute town. Loved the huge deck, outdoor chairs and table. The hot tub and swimming pool were an added bonus! The property managers responded to us promptly (no hotpads).

We like staying in Lulucity, and highly recommend this host, was excellent to work with and much preferred over some of the other hosts in the area! Would look to book with them again!

Place was even better than I imagined, crazy good location. Parking can be scarce and the hot water in the (incredible & insane) shower ran out quick but aside from that, place was beyond expectations and the location was amazing as well! Highly recommend.

This place is awesome. Walking distance to chair 7 and very close to the downtown area. We walked everywhere in town easily and were able to easily access the mountain all week.

Very comfortable condo for my husband and I, and Brian was very responsive. The unit was clean and quiet. We visited during off season, so most of the shops were closed, but we'll definitely be back in the winter and won't hesitate to rent this place again.

The place was very nice and just as described. It was less than 2 miles from Purgatory ski resort so it was perfect if you plan to ski!

Had a great stay and had an amazing time skiing!! The hot tub was awesome after a day of skiing. The beds were comfortable! The shower had nice hot water. We cooked dinner and breakfast every night/morning and there was plenty of pots and pans, ect. The condo was 2 minutes from purgatory resort. Everything was awesome and we would love to stay here again!! Thank you for everything!!
