I had a wonderful stay at this charming spot in San José de Cosalá. The place was spotless upon arrival, and it was clear that cleanliness was a top priority for the hosts. I especially enjoyed the jacuzzi — it was the perfect way to relax and take in the beautiful surroundings after a day of exploring the area. The host was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.

A good stay, quiet place, the pool water was cold at the beginning but it really improved the other days... excellent communication with the host who was always on the lookout and answered our requests very quickly. A quiet and relaxed stay that was what we were looking for.

We were very comfortable at Daniela's house! There was always someone available to assist us and provide us with what we needed. The house is impeccable, very comfortable, clean and well maintained. The well-pruned and cared-for gardens and the heated pool. We had a great weekend!

A rustic house on the lakeshore. If you could imagine the scene, it will surprise you, it's much better. Everything is perfect to have a great time. Invite family or friends. Ask Mary for help. She is very friendly and always attentive, so you can rest as you should. 10 out of 10. I'm already thinking of reasons to come back.

Fer communicated with me from the beginning, he was always available!! The house is easily accessible, with a very good location, very clean!! Really nice, better than in the photos, we really enjoyed the common areas!! Excellent host, we will definitely be back!!

We liked the accommodation of the house, the only thing that if the stairs are dangerous for children and adults, the house is very clean, the beds are very good to rest, we had a very pleasant time with the family if we would return and the care of the host and her husband are always very attentive and friendly for everything.

Excellent stay, the apartment is very nice, clean and with everything you need. The pool is small but nice, in my opinion they comfortably fit 3 adults at bedtime as the sofa is not very big. The location is good, there are several restaurants in the vicinity and it is 5 minutes from the Ajijic seawall by car. Always attentive host and very clear instructions.

For the second time I've come to this accommodation, and they excel in presentation, cleanliness and communication. I loved the stay, very quiet, I would definitely come back many more times!!!

The views of the lake from the condo and from the rooftop patio were absolutely stunning. Greeting the day with a beautiful sunrise was enchanting. The small town of El Chante offered all the shopping I needed. Although there aren't many "dining out" options in El Chante, you can get a bus easily and within a few minutes have tons of restaurant options. Although there were a few issues with power and water outages, they were brief and LiaZa's great communication made it easy to navigate. The security team is exceptional. They were always friendly and ready to support. I would definitely consider returning to this property when I come back to the Lake Chapala area.

This is a very nice, cozy place within easy walking distance to the plaza and restaurants, and a 3 minute walk to the bus stop. It was very quiet while I was there, even though there was a holiday. I had a few questions during the stay and they were answered quickly. It has good hot water and average water pressure. I had no trouble getting an Uber there, but it's easy to learn the bus system. It was my first time in in Ajijic and this was a very good location to venture out from.

Easy access, a spotless place, all the time the communication flowed, I would definitely come back.

Hector is amazing. He is very responsive and great host. Great response rate and accurate information. Place was tidy and completely spotless. We enjoyed the time, and Hector made it everything easier. He provided great restaurant recommendations. If you plan to sleep until late in the morning, consider no A/C available. Sunlight hits department all morning, water fan does its job.

A very quiet place, in the village you can find several shops in case you need anything, there is security in the place, the pool water is warm and a very nice view.

The truth was a very good stay, everything was very clean and they left even extra things to welcome us like ice and water the pool if hot all the time and the direct communication super easy i plan to be back sometime

The stay at Mayté's country house was very pleasant, especially when it comes to the heated pool. We really enjoyed being in the pool with the family practically all day. There are many chairs, armchairs to rest in the garden. It has a pool table, ping pong table, swing, accessory for hanging piñata, lottery etc, large covered area with all the accessories for roasted meats, chairs etc. An ideal place to rest near Guadalajara. We would definitely stay again. Mayté and Marco welcomed us very cordially, excellent people, just one issue at the beginning and they resolved it immediately, they welcomed us with a tray of sweets and peanuts, bottled water and 20-liter bottles with water, it was excellent, thank you very much.

I rented it to celebrate my birthday with friends and it was the best I could have done. The house is super nice and with an amazing view. We will definitely be back.

The house is very well located in a very quiet place, very complete the amenities, it did not need anything, the beds were very comfortable and everything in good condition the best of everything is the pool, they were always in contact with us and pending any doubt, we would definitely recommend and return.

The photos do not justify the house, the truth is highly recommended everything you need to have a very comfortable time, it disconnects you completely from the city. We hope to be back soon. Thank you very friendly hosts.

Very good service and availability in the schedules, in the cleaning it can improve, excellent pool although the pump was broken and in the end the water was cold but at the beginning the temperature was very pleasant. Very quiet area

The place is very quiet, the garden is beautiful, the beds are very comfortable. Everything was very clean and very good service from María José at all times. We only needed a little more crockery to eat, but other than that the stay was very pleasant.

Overall an impeccable stay, it included a lot of things that made your stay easier as water bottles, what you need to use the coffee maker, all neat and clean. Very good listing
