It was a very good experience! The facilities are impeccable, the house is spacious and there is a lot of privacy between rooms. The area where it is located seemed quiet to me, a residential area that has security. It is close to a large shopping mall and has many places to visit nearby (restaurants, parks, museums, etc.). Raul was always friendly and helpful, and I never had any questions about how to access it. Totally recommended for visiting Puebla.

Octavio always responded quickly and accurately.From the bus terminal in Puebla, take Ruta 3, get off at San Franciscoek station, and it is conveniently located near the historic district, about 10 minutes away. When I opened the door and entered, I was greeted by a beautiful and stylish space, unlike the surrounding environment, and it was so stylish that I was confused when opening and closing the doors and windows.The host was present at check-in, so it was helpful to receive instructions on how to open and close the key and use the latch. The adjacent terrace was pleasant, and I was allowed to use lettuce from the vegetable garden in my cooking. I am very grateful that the host welcomed me with a smile and I had a comfortable stay.
