Everything is great with the best hosts. Nature is all over town, along with good food and small shops everywhere. Access to Tuxtepec and Oaxaca is one block away from the stay. Beautiful region of Mexico to stay and explore. Highly recommended.

I stayed with Bismarck and his wonderful family for one night, and it was an unforgettable experience. The tour he gave was incredibly informative—he shared so much fascinating insight about Mazateca culture and history, and his passion and knowledge truly brought everything to life. As a solo female traveler, I felt completely safe, welcomed, and cared for. His family is warm, kind-hearted, and genuinely generous. They honestly couldn’t have been kinder if they tried! I’m so grateful for the time I spent with them—it felt like being part of the family, even if just for a short while. I highly recommend staying with Bismarck to anyone wanting not just a place to rest, but a rich cultural experience and meaningful connection.
