Communication with Eva was excellent, she and her staff were very attentive and kind, her house is a dream come true, an unbeatable view and a very cozy feeling, her house is very well equipped but we highly recommend as guests always go very well prepared. It is a very clean, fresh and quiet house. She has our full recognition as a super host, highly recommended and we can't wait to relive the experience at Casa Veta! Wow, Yelapa is such a dream. Upon arriving here you immediately feel like you've found you're own little beach side paradise. Anita and her family were so welcoming and responsive and we felt right at home. I will note that if you are a sensitive sleeper BRING EAR PLUGS as the house is right on the road and the ATVs start cruising by pretty early in the morning. Definitely was not anywhere near a dealbreaker for us, but something to note.

Beautiful accommodation and location. This truly felt like home and was always so peaceful to return to. If you are visiting Yelapa, this stay is in a gem of a spot, very close to the beach path and the small market. The big windows were everything! Would reccomend and return to.

This cottage is beautiful on the outside and inside , it also has everything you need to spend the whole stay inside it without having to go out too much . The location is very good as it is very quiet and has an unparalleled view of the village . Maria's attention was excellent . Definitely a place where I would stay again .

Were a is a jungle paradise. Its also the life's work of the host. It shows. The room has a gorgeous jungle views across the little valley towards the mountains across the way. The room itself is very modern yet retains old school Yelala charm with open air windis nd open air showeg. IThe pool is a work of art. The landscaping is gorgeous and impeccable. Dont hesitate.

A lovely place to stay in a magical town. Comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed cooking and then eating outside with the wonderful view. Ixchel was welcoming, and helped us with the ride there and back from PV (if you''re lucky you'll get Daniel as your driver). Don't miss the churros at her churreria. So yummy.

A very nice place to spend quiet days with the family, it has a very nice terrace, many kitchen utensils, hot water. The place seemed very safe to me. Mrs. Crucita was always very helpful and kind.

It was a great option to spend a night in San Sebastian del Oeste. Teodoro was very clear with directions to get to the place, access is easy and he was always aware of my messages. I would come back to stay there.

A warm-toned bedroom is illuminated by natural light from sliding glass doors that open to a patio with outdoor seating. A spacious bed is dressed in light linens, and a ceiling fan is mounted above, enhancing air circulation in the room.

A beautiful spot right by the river and only a few kilometers from El Tuito, which is a nice little town and has restaurants, shops and everything you may need. many birds in the area and a great place to swim just below the rental home. The land is shared with a few other rentals and even with them being occupied we still felt like we had plenty of space and adequate privacy. the rental is also pet friendly which made it ideal for us traveling with our two dogs. Would definitely come back again when in the area.

It is super nice, it has everything new and functional, it is very clean, you can hear the water running everywhere and it has beautiful landscapes, it is very easy to get from the center, either walking or by car, there are morning roosters and dogs just as I said in the description and everything well, Ixchel super attentive and friendly, all the family was happy. I would definitely go back, I highly recommend it

Ricardo’s place is just a block off the town plaza, which was great for participating in the local festival of San Sebastián! It was also really easy to walk up to a different area of the town, where we discovered some cool places including a coffee roasters with parrots in the back!

We loved the whole family the cabin is just like the pictures, it is very nice, and the place feels very quiet, the terrace is perfect for spending family time, it is very well equipped, and very clean, it took us a little to find it because Google maps sent us to another direction, but we communicated with the host and he was very kind to guide us, it is well located. If we come back for those directions we would definitely choose the cabin again. 10/10

Honestly one of the most unique and private stays we have ever had. The place was immaculate and beautiful and open to the ocean. It was incredible. We had all surrounding beaches to ourselves our entire stay. The host was helpful in arranging transport and extra groceries for us! Definitely for the adventurous. Jumping out of a boat into waves on arrival, hikes up and down terrain to the beaches (not more than 10 minutes). Just short of an hour hike to town where typical groceries are scarce (so bring what you need). Great restaurant in town and very friendly locals. Be prepared for some extra fees. We paid 200 pesos to cab from PV, 400 pesos to water taxi from Boca to Chonchos, 500 pesos tip at the end of the stay, another 500 for a donkey ride into Chimo to catch the boat back. The locals charge another 100 just to row you out to the taxi and then you pay the same amount to come back into the mainland. I would pay that all again for this incredible experience! Must visit!!

You will find a truly amazing host in Ramiro. He is VERY kind and made sure we got everything we needed, helped us out with getting to town and has many great spots to recommend. He has many ambitious plans for the place which will no doubt turn out wonderful! The views are amazing and you can get nice food just at the foot of the mountain. Would highly recommend!
