Our stay was excellent! We had to shorten our trip by a day, since one of us was suffering from altitude sickness. Jaime accommodated the reservation change and refunded the day even though it is normally not refundable. We also reserved the hot tub and sauna last minute multiple times, and Jaime was able to accommodate that too! The location is truly ski in ski out.

Excelente estadia, buenisima ubicación, muy cerca del centro de esquí, lo que es realmente comodo. Tiene una vista demasiado hermosa. Pequeño pero muy espacioso, las camas y sillones son muy cómodos. Calefacción y agua caliente funcionan a la perfección. Y por último, el dueño es super flexible. Demasiado recomendable!!

Adoramos o apartamento, fomos em 5 pessoas e foi super confortável! Para quem buscar passar um tempo em El Colorado é uma ótima escolha! É possível ir a pé para a estação de ski, apesar que preferiamos ir de carro, pq na volta é cansativo carregar os equipamentos. A vista é ótima!! Recomendo!

Luxury & Spacius Ski-Out Apartment in Valle Nevado

The condo was perfect for our ski vacation. There were four of us, two which were children, and we felt we had plenty of space. The master bedroom was spacious and the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and up to date. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to cook meals. If you plan on cooking, be sure to do your shopping in Santiago before heading to the mountain.There is a small, quaint market that has a few necessities but is quite limited and expensive. Also, bring alcohol because it can only be purchased at the restaurants, it is not sold in any of the stores. We really loved the ability to ski on/off. You could walk out and put your skis on and ski down to a lift. On the way back you take a cat track from the hotel and only need to walk a short little hill to the condo. On the main floor of the condo there is a place to store and lock up both your skis and boots.

We had a fantastic stay! The place was incredibly clean and cozy, perfect for a mountain getaway. It’s quite high up, so be sure to stock up on groceries in Santiago before making the drive. There were some minor issues with the wifi during a snowstorm, but Valeria was very responsive and helpful in resolving them. The ski storage and locker room were super convenient, and the hot tub was a great bonus after a long day on the slopes. Would definitely recommend!

EXCELENTE LOFT REMODELADO (Frente Andariveles)

El departamento es tal como se describe, muy ordenado, cocina equipada, la calefacción funciona muy bien, baños limpios, una vista espectacular. Arturo describe correctamente que eran sofás camas, no tenía gran expectativa, pero claro, no es nada cómodo. Si vas en temporada de invierno tienes horario en el camino de subida y bajada para llegar al alojamiento, de lo cual no estábamos en conocimiento, no soy de la zona y tampoco nuestro anfitrión lo consideró relevante, al decirle la situación que debíamos esperar 5 horas a medio camino para llegar al alojamiento, dijo que "no era su responsabilidad". El lugar es bonito y queda muy cerca de las pistas de ski, en general es una bonita experiencia salvo por los sofás camas y las restricciones de circulación para llegar al alojamiento.

Foi mto legal ficar na montanha. Apartamento aconchegante para até 4 pessoas. As dicas que a Paz deu foram ótima. Fizemos compra em Santiago e fazíamos as refeições no apartamento. Fomos com crianças, primeira vez na neve. Adoraram. Deu para fazer uma pausa de esquiar para eles descansarem no apto e depois voltar a esquiar. E demos sorte com o tempo. Foi ótimo. Voltaria com certeza.

We had a lovely stay at this apartment in Valle Nevado. Macarena was super responsive and helped us find a great driver (Cristian Soto—who I also highly recommend—for private affordable transport to and from Santiago and the airport to the apartment). She was also very flexible about check in and check out times which we greatly appreciated. The view is magnificent from every room. We also enjoyed the hot tub and sauna (which requires booking and a fee but that also meant we had it to ourselves). Overall we had a wonderful stay. I highly recommend Macarena’s apartment for a winter ski adventure in Valle Nevado!

Débora é uma pessoa muito gentil, nos passou o contato de Roberto que mora bem próximo para nos auxiliar se houvesse algum imprevisto . Mas tudo foi perfeito, vimos muita neve, estação de esqui muito próximo da casa, víamos da varanda as crianças esquiando. Mercadinho e restaurante perto.Roberto nos passou contato de outro vizinho que fez compras quando precisamos Tudo foi maravilhoso, espero poder voltar. Todos de parabéns

Great stay right on the mountain. Really appreciated the fact that someone was always close by to help with misc needs like laundry, grill running out of gas, etc. all very helpful things in a remote location like this.
