The nearest beach in this place is the Mabilao beach, which is just 2 minutes drive and 10 minutes away by walking. Love walking alongside its 2-km long boardwalk and enjoy swimming in a peaceful environment, except on holidays which is also flocked by tourists. At the other end of the boardwalk is where you find the Bolasi Beach which is busier and more occupied by tourist.

The apt is newly built and never been occupied. Intended only for guest home stay. It’s a 3 storey bldg with parking space in a quiet neighborhood. It’s within Dagupan City and 3-5 mins drive to city proper, Jollibee and SM Mall. Near Higher Educational Institution-PIMSAT Colleges. 5 mins walk to 7 Eleven and around 50 mtrs away fr the highway where public transport by bus or local jeepneys are available.

What we loved most about our stay was the beachfront location and the fully equipped kitchen. What a perfect spot to escape and be surrounded by nature. The place is stunning—thoughtfully designed architecture, beautiful interiors, and peaceful surroundings. But what really made our stay special was the warmth and care we felt. Breakfast on the veranda was a lovely surprise—delicious and beautifully plated. We were also welcomed home each time by Luna, the sweetest little Pomeranian. Manang took such great care of us—refilling water bottles, tidying the room, and making sure we had coffee and snacks. Even before we arrived, Beth made us feel at home through warm, thoughtful conversation. That continued throughout our stay. She, her husband Rex, and their family didn’t just host us—they welcomed us like old friends. It didn’t feel like just a getaway, but a genuine experience filled with heart. We left not only newly engaged but well-rested, and with full hearts and new friendships.
