Wake up to the Lake breeze in this 3 bedroom, 2 bath beautiful and spacious lake house steps away from your private dock all to your self in Coldspring on Lake Livingston! (Unfortunately no watercraft is allowed on or near the dock due to HOA rules) The house features a huge living room for guests to unwind after a day in the lake and a beautiful lake view deck to enjoy your morning coffee while watching the sunrise in the morning . Home is located in nice, quiet subdivision south of Livingston.

It features two kitchens, 3 Bedrooms + loft, cozy living areas & relaxing outdoor private spaces with a new hot tub to enjoy the beautiful woods surrounding the lake. There's so much to do outdoors from grilling, hanging out, hiking, fishing, kayaking, picnics & water fun. Our cottage is the perfect launching spot with lake access just around the corner or for exploring all things outdoors. Quiet and serene double lot and neighborhood.

The cleverly constructed bungalow is tucked into the original tack room and feed room at one end of the 125 year old barn. Original wood walls and beams beautifully blend the old and the new. 75 private acres with wooded creek and bluff trails are highlights of this gem. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. This 4 bedroom 2 bath is located 4 miles from a Trinity River boat ramp access, also about 15 miles from Lake Livingston. Property full of pecan trees yall would be free to gather as many as yall can. We also accept work crews who would like a more feel of a home while working in the area. Small gatherings acceptable.

Relax with the family at this peaceful place to stay on a secluded cleared 3 acres. Have your morning coffee on the back porch and watch the sun rise. Enjoy and evening sunset on the front porch.
