The stay at Robert’s place was perfect. We will definitely book again when we need accommodations. The home is very well maintained, clean and had everything that we needed. The area was awesome with great water views and lots of wildlife. We enjoyed watching the deer walking around and eating everyday. We would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the area.

Meghan was very responsive and helpful with all my questions. I would love to go back again. Not too far from home and a good get away.

Thanks for providing such a beautiful and homey place! Lots of things in the house are carefully selected and the bed linen/towels smell good. My family and friends loved the house and we enjoyed using the kayaks. The house is pet friendly, our dog had great time as well. I especially like the glasses in the kitchen. No wonder why there are lines like not taking things away in check-out instruction. Don’t give me ideas…I do recommend this house to other travelers.

We had a wonderful time at the lake house. The kitchen had everything we needed, which made it easy to enjoy home-cooked meals together. Waking up to the view of the lake each morning was so peaceful. It really set the tone for a relaxing getaway. The kids couldn’t get enough of the game room and had so much fun at the community pool. It was the perfect spot for us to unwind and make some great memories.

Tranquility is an appropriate term for Gigi’s place. Miles of hiking trails on the golf course. Plenty of catchable fish just yards from the villa. Abundant wildlife almost close enough to touch. We came for two months to escape Michigan winters. The best part for us was the back deck which is all woodland. It also has a grill so you could make your own BBQ. We had the privilege to visit with Gigi and she is so kind and considerate. She makes you feel like family.

Jose and Erica are the best! They are personable and work with you no matter what. Our situation was quite unique and they met our obstacle head on, with patience and kindness. Never have I ever been so impressed and looked out for by an Airbnb host. Truly a home away from home.

Our family of 6 had the BEST time! Matthew and Dusty are outstanding hosts. So friendly and very responsive. The house was cozy, had a great layout, and had plenty of places to sleep. The outside covered & uncovered entertainment area exceeded our expectations. My kids rode their bikes from the house down to the volleyball court and Lake several times a day. It was only a five minute walk. The community itself was just lovely and so quiet and private. We were glad to get a glimpse of deer a couple times and saw some pretty birds in the trees. I think our most favorite thing in this beautiful nature setting had to be getting to see fireflies at dusk each evening. Highly recommend staying here.

We have found our new favorite getaway. Phillip was a wonderful host. Everything was as described. This is perfect for a couples getaway or for the family. Games, caught lots of fish, and there was plenty of items to cook with, beds were very comfy, I give Phillip’s place 5 stars!! We can’t wait to stay again. It was everything we were looking for in a last minute getaway. Now, it will be our 1st choice at the lake! Many thanks to Phillip for quick responses when I had a question here and there. I am happy we found this hidden gem!

Susy’s place was a nice change of scenery for my buddies and myself. Getting to be right on the river in a quiet place was just what we needed for this week. Highly recommend for a guys weekend for people on a budget!

Book it! My family and I stayed for our last bit of Spring Break (4 adults, 3 kids and a baby) and we had a blast! I can’t think of a negative thing to say about our stay. Upon arriving to the property, it just felt peaceful. The atmosphere and the community together have a sense of calmness. Check in and check out was easy. Plenty of cookware to use for having homemade meals. The backyard area was beautiful and full of seating. We sat around the fire pit, barbecued, fished and utilized the boats. There were extra life jackets, fishing poles and grills on site to use as well. Our kids had so much fun! Watching them disconnect from the world a bit and just have fun being kids was the best part. We loved our time at Richard and Carols. Definitely had me wanting to sell our subdivision house for a place like this!

This spot served as the perfect getaway for a few days to unwind. It’s peaceful, secluded, and has everything you want for access to outdoor activities. Rebeca was very helpful and responsive leading up to and during our stay. Will definitely return the next time we’re looking for a quick getaway.

Charming old place that was very clean and very comfortable. Out host went out of her way to make us feel at home. The house is located on the square of Coldspring which is very small. Charming little restaurants with friendly small town people. Breakfast tacos from taco delight were a hit. Definitely will be back if we can.

The place is spectacular, the nature, the river full of life, ideal for sport fishing, the cabin is impeccable, all the appliances are new, you have everything you need to every detail, have a private dock ideal for fishing, the fishing is very good, you can use the kayaks, the campfire and the lounge chairs were a perfect touch for the night, the hosts were very attentive to any inconvenience, the place far exceeded our expectations.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! From the moment we booked, our host was incredibly accommodating and communicative. She was very responsive to all of my questions and worked with us graciously when we asked about inviting a few more guests. The home itself was even better than described. The view of the lake was absolutely stunning and somehow even more breathtaking in person than in the photos. We truly appreciated the hospitality and flexibility. This stay made for an unforgettable getaway, and we would absolutely return again in the future!

Very nice home with boat lift. Peaceful. Really enjoyed the weekend. Parking was the only issue. We had 2 vehicles and driveway only fits one vehicle. Had to park boat trailer in the yard which worked perfectly. Boat ramp very close to house.

"A Truly Wonderful Stay!" We had such a great time staying at this place!. The location was perfect; so private and so relaxing right next to the lake! the floating deck was the best part. There are some bird feeders, and you can see them come and go! a lot of diffefent birds, squirrels and rabbits. Patrica was an excellent host, very communicative and responsive. She made sure we had everything we needed and even left a thoughtful welcome gift! We felt so welcomed and well-cared-for. Would absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Can't wait to come back!

Wow! If I could give more than five stars I would! Absolutely beautiful property with amazing views and access to the lake. Super clean and incredibly comfortable home. Beautiful wrap around deck, lots of fans and excellent AC to keep you cool. The boat house was perfect and there were so many places around the property to relax and enjoy the lake. We brought our jet skis and were able to use the jet ski lift in the boat house making it super easy to bring them in and take them back out any time we wanted during our stay. The host was so amazing I’ve never been so impressed by the communication and responsiveness and special attention! They had balloons and a cake for my husband when we arrived as we were there for his birthday weekend! Such a wonderful surprise! It was a perfect weekend at the lake and we are already looking at dates to come back again! I also wanted to mention the neighbors were so sweet and welcoming too! Thank you for the wonderful memories made!

Wish I could stay forever!! we moved 24 hours and spent a week here finding our home and Lorena was absolutely amazing made my kids transition so much easier we will forever tell everyone if you are in lake livingston stay at the bird house

My husband and I were looking for a nice relaxing spot to stay while in the Houston area for 2 weeks. We were able to get plenty of rest. The place was very comfortable.

Loved this place. Surpassed our expectations. Lovely house with everything you could think of to do. Les had it open for us when we got there and the wow factor was if we stepped into a resort. The pictures don’t do it justice. Great views of the lake cove, has a covered boat slip with room for jet skis, in yard putting green, in yard pickle ball court, swings, corn hole, pool table, plenty of board games, upper screened in deck, lower covered deck with swings, nice fenced in yard, and the list goes on. We were stuck in doors due to bad weather all weekend but didn’t run out of things to keep us busy. Really enjoyed our stay and would do it again. Thanks Les from the Scott’s
