Casuzza duci is a cosy house set in a splendid panoramic location overlooking the tyrrhenian sea and the mountains. Ideal place for a romantic couple or a family loving nature and searching tranquility. Two bedrooms with big windows and fan ceilings opened to the garden area and a luminous living room boosting wooden ceilings and mosaics floors. A kitchen corner surrounded by windows where to cook admiring the transparent sea. A garden to relax in a hamac and a fully equipped barbecue.

Villa GdU is 2.5 km from the sea and under 1h by boat from the Aeolian Islands. Built in 2023, the villa combines modern style with superb views.
