The house is accessed through a private alley from the main road. The parking lot is located both on the main street and about 15 meters in a large space. The house is located near the historic area of Sant'Antioco, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Antioco, where you will find essential services such as cafés, a convenience store, a produce shop, a fishmonger, and a pizzeria. In a 15-minute walk you can reach the tree-lined course, Via V. Emanuele, our village center. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED.

Two bedrooms can comfortably accommodate 4 people, and the kitchen provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. To reach the house, you need to travel 1.5 km of dirt road. The road is accessible, but inevitably there are irregularities on the road surface. !NO WI-FI!

Every detail of the house has been carefully considered and researched over time so that you can enjoy total relaxation. Complete with every accessory. The staircase is modern, so you have to be careful with children. We don't want to block it with "not suitable for children" because we love our little guests. The house has two outdoor areas, one of which allows you to organize relaxing outdoor dinners.
