Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Giovanni in Fiore

The Villa is amazing, everything we expected and more. As a lot of the other reviews have said we had plans to explore the local area but we spent a lot of our time in the pool and in the garden as it was perfect. The view every morning was breath taking, I’d throughly recommend staying at this place. We visited during a heatwave, so the pool was a welcome relief, Anna was also able to provide fans which were really useful. Air con in the bedrooms during the heat wave would have been great, but to be honest for the rest of the time, an open window and a fan was fine. The local area was great for day trips, especially San lúcido which was beautiful and had lots of nice restaurants and bars. We’ve all had a fantastic time and are sad to be leaving. Very pleasant stay in this small immersive cottage. Our host was very welcoming and available. He booked us a table at a simple and very good restaurant. The pellet heating is lovely. Very exotic and rejuvenating stay. Please note the nearest grocery store in low season is 25 minutes away, remember to plan ahead! Thank you for everything

Excellent apartment, remodeled, pleasant and very close to everything.

We traveled all across Italy, and this was by far the best and most well-equipped place we stayed. The welcome was warm and thoughtful, and the house itself is absolutely beautiful—inside and out. It had everything we needed and more. Spotlessly clean, incredibly comfortable, and truly felt like a home away from home. Hands down the best place we stayed during our trip. Amazing host, amazing experience—couldn’t have asked for more.

I spent close to 2 weeks recently at Laura’s place and I must say I found the home to be pleasantly immaculate in every way. The pictures she posted of the homes interior were just the way I found it upon my arrival. Everything was operational, modern, up to date, sanitary, convenient with the use of electronic keys, gate openers and WiFi; the place was obviously well kept. Although not absolutely necessary, a car is very helpful to get about for shopping and enjoying the nearby beaches as it is very pleasantly secluded and quiet. I hope everyone doesn’t rush out too often and too long to stay at this place, as I will be looking to come back for future visits if the home is available…thank you very much Laura!

Everything is great

We were Fabrizio's guests and actually more than guests we really felt at home! The house is really cared for in every detail and everything is in its place, just like any self-respecting grandmother would want. He left us wood to keep us warm and everything we needed to spend 3 carefree days. The view from the kitchen, and moreover during New Year's Eve, was something magical and indescribable.
