Antonella and Franco's Casa di Giorgia is simply exceptional. Super strategic location: just cross the road literally twice and you find yourself at the sea; a stone's throw from Pharmacy/Supermarket/Restaurants/Seafront. Everything perfectly matches the description: very large apartment, very bright and very cool (regardless of the air conditioners that still work wonderfully, thanks also to the really great layout in the two main rooms). Impeccable host: Antonella was super present and never intrusive, very helpful even before booking, she even helped us find accommodation on the beach during the most chaotic weeks of August. Super recommended!!

The stay was really positive and I highly recommend it. The place was exactly as described and the host was extremely helpful, meeting us with check-in and check-out times. In addition, he gave us valuable guidance on typical products and amenities in the area. The apartment was well stocked with everything you need and perfect for a family of four. The view from the apartment was breathtaking, with a beautiful view of the sea. Opening the door in the morning and being in front of this show was really incredible. In addition, the beach is easily accessible, it literally takes five steps on foot to cross the street. Parking is always available, free of charge and is right in front of the entrance of the building. However, the apartment is located on the top floor of a building without an elevator, which can be a bit tiring for those who have trouble climbing the stairs or carrying suitcases.

Staying at Eleonora's place is the vacation on vacation. The house is fresh, cozy, functional, furnished and decorated with love and passion. We found the house nice and clean, with embroidered linens. From the terrace of the house, in addition to the sea view, you can enjoy the breeze and the cool typical of the village. The kitchen is well equipped, the beds are comfortable, the bathroom - small - but functional (there is a second shower in the garden below the house). We had a great time and I hope I can come back. The place is perfectly matched to the photos and description. Completely renovated. Mr. Donatella welcomed us in person by explaining the apartment and explaining the operation of the appliances. To every clarifying message I wrote, she gave me punctual and precise responses. The fixtures are of good quality making it quiet. Highly recommended.

We only stayed 1 night, too bad! We will definitely be back. Everything was perfect, from cleanliness to hospitality, not to mention all the basic necessities he made us find from fresh water to coffee, sugar, oil of everything and more. Comfortable apartment, the only flaw is that it has only one bathroom. But we knew that. Otherwise very satisfied with everything very close to the sea and more than a few restaurants and a very good ice cream shop. Pizzo Calabro is a beautiful town. DEFINITELY TO BE RETURNED TO.

The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. There's all the comforts. It's newly built and we found it very clean and matching the listing. The outdoor space for breakfasts and lunches with the background of the waves and the operation. A few minutes by car you can reach the center of Pizzo or various restaurants and supermarkets. Special thanks to Denis: attentive, present but never invasive. Appreciate the flexibility of time for check-in and check-out procedures, to meet our needs. I spent two weeks with family (with two small children). We had a wonderful vacation. Super recommended

The house was very well kept, let's say new in structure and decor. The highlight for us was the shower, beautiful, large and comfortable, which I don't mind in a seaside with two children. The beach near home was the icing on the cake. Maybe it's the most beautiful beach on the coast. I from Calabrese right in that area, I had never visited it and it was truly a surprise to see this paradise wonder. Finally, the biggest thanks go to Enza. A person of unique kindness and availability. Of those people who truly make you feel the famous hospitality of our southern Italy and in particular our beautiful Calabria which is always a surprise for those who have the desire and curiosity to visit it. Nice appartment. We used it for two nights as we were going to a concert at the teatro de ruderi near diamante and it was perfect. Nice little self contained resort hotel with a pool. Lots of parking. You do need a car as it is a little way out of town.

Everything was very good, my only suggestion would be to have a written list of instructions such as garbage schedule, TV instructions etc. An espresso coffee pot would be an added touch other than that it was very good. We were impressed that Alexandra was very quick to respond to any questions we had and we would certainly go there again and refer our family and friends. Thank you

We really enjoyed our stay in Pizzo, in Maria's apartment, who was an exceptional host, adorable, responsive, understanding, especially when we arrived with a day of difference following a "misadventure" in Rome, she welcomed us with milk and cakes to comfort the children. The apartment is very large, with all the necessities for the kitchen, linens, 2 bathrooms, and 2 bedrooms, the equipment was perfect, and not to mention the essential air conditioning during the summer. The pool was very nice, and the beach within walking distance 300 meters. The residence was very quiet, ideal for our family. And in addition, a glacier close to the residence "Gelataria Enrico" to taste their artisanal and local ice cream, the "tartufo di Pizzo" which are a treat. The best cities to visit and beaches are Tropea, Scilla (Chianalea village), Pizzo, Reggio Calabria. Thanks again Maria for this stay, we highly recommend her apartment.

Fell in love with the apartment especially the rooftop terrace where I had cuppa to watch sunrise each morning.Views great.Only downside had only 1 bar/restaurant that catered for Italians on their 2 weeks holidays.we couldn't get a seat or takeaway pizza.You need a hire car to get to shops but Short drive from airport and Pizzo.Its well worth a visit and The apartment has everything you need.We will be back and Alan and wife are great.

I had a great and unforgettable stay with my two daughters . The accommodation had everything it needed but above all the residence has a private beach which is just magical a little piece of paradise . You have to cross a very nice little forest to get there. The pool is very clean and spacious . Thank you, we will keep a great memory of this place . ♥️♥️♥️
