Liz has thought of everything anyone could need for a home from home. Details, information and instructions were all to hand as well as Liz being responsive throughout our stay and since booking. The place has stunning views and is very comfortable with plenty of space. Thoroughly recommend this villa.

Nicola was very responsive when booking as I had accessibility requirements that were needed. He worked with me to make sure our Nonna would be comfortable and have privacy without the use of stairs. The views were spectacular and the pool was much appreciated in the August heat. There was plenty of room and space for all 11 of us to enjoy our time together and take a break if needed. We enjoyed fireworks right from the terrace nearly every night as it was festival season and ventured down to the marina a few times. I would highly recommend Nicola’s Villa to larger families or groups. Thanks so much!

La villa di Emanuele ha regalato a me ed ai miei amici un capodanno perfetto. Siamo stati accolti con gentilezza e premura, gli appartamenti erano puliti, ben attrezzati e spaziosi. È stato bello sentirsi “a casa”, contiamo di tornare al più presto!

Ho trascorso un soggiorno meraviglioso a Ortona con la famiglia e amici, in un appartamento immerso nella campagna abruzzese. La zona è davvero tranquilla e circondata da una natura splendida, perfetta per chi cerca relax e serenità. La bellezza del paesaggio collinare e il silenzio intorno rendono questo luogo una vera oasi di pace. L’appartamento era ben curato e pulito, con tutto il necessario per un soggiorno confortevole. Gli spazi erano ampi e luminosi, e la vista sui dintorni offriva un vero spettacolo, soprattutto al tramonto. L’host è stato eccezionalmente disponibile e attento, pronto a rispondere a qualsiasi esigenza o dubbio. Ci ha anche dato ottimi consigli su cosa visitare nei dintorni, aiutandoci a scoprire alcuni dei luoghi più caratteristici della zona. La posizione dell’appartamento è strategica: in pochi minuti di auto si possono raggiungere i principali punti di interesse, dalle spiagge della costa dei Trabocchi, fino ai borghi storici!In definitiva consigliato!

Wow! What an amazing time we had at David’s place in Palmoli. The house is every bit as incredible as the photos with sweeping views over the Italian countryside and complete privacy. The interior has been so thoughtfully and tastefully decorated with lots of home comforts while respecting the history of the buildings. Beds were comfortable and we all slept so peacefully. Special mention too for the best equipped kitchen we’ve had in any Airbnb. And then the private and immaculate pool is the icing on the cake. We were sorely tempted not to explore past the boundary of the grounds, but can strongly recommend the beachside towns onto the Adriatic which are all 30-45 mins drive away: Vasto, San Salvo and Termoli. Thank you so much for hosting us and welcoming us to your home. We really appreciate it!

Una vacanza vista bellezza. Una casa perfetta per comitive numerose grazie a spazi ampi, curati nel minimo dettaglio. Dalle grandi finestre entra luce dall’alba al tramonto e la cucina vivibile è il cuore pulsante della casa. La vista panoramica lascia davvero senza fiato. Le camere al piano di sopra sono davvero accoglienti, l’unica pecca è la poca luce in quelle al piano inferiore. Ogni camera ha il suo bagno, un plus importantissimo per più famiglie o gruppi di amici. Barbecue, piscina, tavoli da biliardo e tavolo da Ping pong sono la ciliegina sulla torta, che hanno reso questa casa assolutamente indimenticabile. Ovviamente super consigliata.

Wir haben die Schwiegereltern kennengelernt, die uns sehr freundlich empfangen haben. Wir haben hier 1 Nacht verbracht und haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Wasserdruck könnte etwas stärker sein.

Catia's place was lovely. It was comfortable, in a cute neighborhood, very private. Kitchen had everything we needed, plenty of linens. Bed in large bedroom was very comfortable, twin bed was a bit small for an adult (best for a child). Bedding & towels were very strongly scented, so if you have allergies, make sure Catia knows ahead of time - to wash without perfumes. Parking is not available at the unit. Just be aware you will need to find parking on the narrow city streets. We parked next to a small park at the end of the road. Overall, it was a nice place to stay & Catia was a great host.

Splendido appartamento, arredato con gusto nei minimi dettagli, veramente una perla. Adatto per una famiglia di 4 persone od una coppia (molto romantico cuori e fiori ovunque). Ottima la collocazione nel centro storico, vicinissimo ai punti panoramici ed alla zona più turistica di Termoli. Si può parcheggiare l’auto e riprenderla a fine soggiorno, perché tutto è nelle vicinanze:mare, ristoranti, porto d’imbarco per le Tremiti. Molto disponibili e simpatici Mirella e Maurizio. Spero di ritornarci a breve.

Did my homework and it paid off … only complaint? Wish I discovered this place sooner . James and Judy are just lovely and they are super hosts for a reason ….they don’t miss a beat,super efficient, always available and a phone call or text away. Their black binder is a treasure trove of information..it’s all there!! The casa is within steps away to heaven and restaurants. Vasto is perched above sea level, the lookout vista outlines the whole side of the town with restaurants and a spectacular view of the bluest Adriatic Sea… on a clear day you can see the Tremiti islands which is a 50 minute boat ride away . The casa is in the cobblestone pedestrian only area , its peaceful, walkable with church bells and cooing pigeons in the background. It has a medieval castle a palazzo you can visit with all kinds of art and artifacts dug up from the Roman Empire and a mosaic floor nearby with Roman baths .. the house felt like home including the bed and it was very clean comfortable and private

Sonia e Nicolino sono degli host veramente eccezionali, molto gentili, disponibili e di cuore. Il check-in ottimo come anche il check-out. Casa con un giardino molto carino con due terrazzi con vista sul mare. Inoltre un bel prato curato e anche il parcheggio ottimo. La macchina rimane dentro il recinto al sicuro e direttamente vicino la porta di entrata, quindi molto comodo. Ci è piaciuto tutto e ritorneremo di sicuro. Grazie di cuore cari Sonia e Nicolino!

Appartamento appena ristrutturato quindi tutto nuovo con soluzioni architettoniche che sfruttano ogni centimetro in maniera intelligente. Avere 2 bagni è un plus che per le dimensioni dell'appartamento hanno fatto la differenza. L'aria condizionata sia nel soggiorno che nella zona notte è stata una salvezza con queste temperature di agosto.

Valeria's place in Colledimezzo was perfect! It was wonderful to have a place of our own while visiting family in the town. It is centrally located near the main piazza, and was the perfect jumping off point for our stay in Abruzzo. The place matched the description and photos, and Valeria was the perfect host, checking in with us to make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Would highly recommend and stay there again in the future. Grazie, Valeria!

Beeindruckend schöne Landschaft, ein malerischer Ort, ein sehr hübsches Haus mit allem darin was man braucht, dazu noch eine fantastische Aussicht und sehr sehr freundliche Menschen! Was will man mehr? Ach ja, eine tolle Bar Angelo und eine tolle Pizzeria Pop‘s und nicht zu vergessen, die vielen spannenden Ausflüge, die selbst bei Regen gefallen haben! Also, alles wunderbar!

Building is a former textile factory that has been converted mostly to residences. Located in the touristy section of Termoli, it is within walking distance of the wonderful beaches, the Borgo Antico, and convenient places to shop and eat. Terrace garden is private to the Airbnb rental, over looks the harbor, and has wonderful lemon and other fruit trees. If you’re looking for a place with character, this is it. Claudio lives next door and is always available to assist.

Vielen lieben Dank für den tollen Aufenthalt. Daniele ist ein herausragender Gastgeber. Er hat sich um alles gekümmert und immer nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung ist. Er hat uns viele Tipps gegeben und war super freundlich und lieb. Ganz herzlich und zuvorkommend. Sein Olivenöl ist der Hammer 🤩 Die Wohnung war genau wie beschrieben und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir haben uns gleich wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Gegend ist auch super schön. Der Ausblick von der Wohnung auf die Berge einfach phänomenal! Die Pizzeria und Focacceria, sowie die Eisdiele ist super 👍 klare Empfehlung. Die kleine Innenstadt von Spoltore ist super schön 😻 typisch italienisch. Das Meer ist schnell erreichbar und man kann in Pescara viel unternehmen und super gut essen gehen. Nur die bellenden Hunde in der Gegend sind bisschen nervig 😬 Es war super schön und wie kommen gerne wieder zurück 🙏Grazie mile ☀️

Soggiornare a Casa Olivia a Serramonacesca è stata un’esperienza straordinaria. Immersa nel verde del Parco Nazionale della Maiella, la casa offre una vista mozzafiato e un’atmosfera di pace unica. All’arrivo siamo stati accolti con calore da Nicoletta, che ci ha fatto sentire subito a casa, mentre l’host Cecelia è stata sempre disponibile e attenta, offrendoci preziosi consigli per esplorare la zona. Il giardino e la terrazza sono perfetti per rilassarsi e godere dei tramonti spettacolari. La posizione è ideale per chi ama la natura: sentieri, borghi storici e persino il mare sono facilmente raggiungibili. L’energia di questo luogo, unita all’ospitalità impeccabile, ha reso la nostra vacanza indimenticabile. Non vediamo l’ora di tornare!

We enjoyed ourself so much. The place met our needs for a couple and a single. 2 bathrooms and bedrooms upstairs and down. We would definitely come back again and recommend it for groups of six. Everything we needed to cook at home. Wish the weather would have been nice to enjoy the area out back. Lovely table and lights to have dinner and play cards.

Sur mes deux semaines en Italie (pour un total de 5 AirBnb), le logement d’Olivia a Colledimezzo est certainement celui qui a le plus l’effet WoW! Le logement, bien qu’ancien (ce qui fait tout son charme!) est très bien aménagé et dispose de toutes les commodités nécessaires. Il est situé sur le flanc de Colledimezzo qui donne une vue magnifique sur le lac et les montagnes. La terrasse est si agréable qu’il a été difficile de la quitter pour aller visiter les environs! De plus, les gens de Colledimezzo sont particulièrement chaleureux! Non seulement je recommanderais le logement d’Olivia mais lors de mon prochain voyage en Italie, je devrai absolument faire un détour par les Abruzzes pour y retourner!

siamo stati benissimo! Stefano é gentile e sa dare le idee giuste per la zona! Si sta benissimo e ci si sente anche benissimo! passeggiate sul mare o in montagna, tutto raggiungibile e poi ci si può rilassare alla grande a Casa! Bellissimo posto, bella gente e tanto da gustare e vedere!
