Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Germán

We loved our stay at Dujardin's property. The unit was spotless, well-appointed, and incredibly comfortable, making us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. Waking up to the sunrise views over the valley from our bedroom and balcony was a daily highlight—a picture-perfect way to start the day. The pool was another standout feature.

Our group had a lovely stay at Jose's. It was clean, comfortable, equipped with everything we needed, and the surroundings were beautiful and peaceful. Jose was responsive, proactive in offering information/recommendations, and welcoming. I would return in a heartbeat, and recommend it to others just as soon.

We had an amazing weekend in this beautiful house. The place is perfect for families: we barbecued, fished, used the kayak available on the property and even made s'mores. There are lots of games and activities, the kids had a great time! Definitely a place we want to go back to. Thanks Pedro!

Excellent location, very cozy cabin, Luis was very kind and responded quickly to all our doubts and we had everything we could need in the place. I recommend it 100% and the accommodation is very central and the places of interest to visit are very close as it is close to the main avenue.

I went to this place by the sea to escape the cold of Boston, my employees and my kids :) Single Dad of 3 young kids. I needed down time, solitude, freedom from constant interruptions. I am glad I found this spot. Right on the beach, surfing right out front, Sandy Beach less than 100 yards to the left, a nice isolated walk along the beach to the right. Lots of surfers when surfs. Fun to watch and join. The house is comfortable. You sink into the porch, probably where I spent my most time. The kitchen seems to have all new pots, pans, cutlery... A beautiful modern stove, dishwasher and an airfryer! All the pots and pans you need as well. Huge TV for movies. The beds are comfortable, I slept in both :) This place is a hidden gem. If you are looking to get away from it all this is the place. If you are looking to bring your kids to a great spot, this is the place. I'll be back with mine, they insist! It's also VERY reasonable for what you get.

This beautiful mansion/home is even more beautiful in person, the pictures doesn't compare. We were a family of 6 and there was more than enough space for us to have personal and family time. The 3 FULL bathrooms was a PLUS, Also ALL 4 BEDROOMS HAVE AC! Unfortunately, we had a black out during our stay in puerto rico but THANKFULLY our Host has Solar panels Installed in the airbnb Home rental so we always had power running,Thank God. The host is definitely a SUPERHOST. They fully supplied essentials that you might have forgotten at home. The host also knew that we were spending christmas and new years in their home so they put up a beautifully decorated christmas tree for us, how sweet! All the best beaches and hang out spots/restaurants are about 5-8mins away, perfect location. This home will forever hold a special place in our hearts for the best family vacation ever. This is a great place for a family getaway. You will have the beach all to yourself and the sound of the waves is very relaxing. Arecibo is centrally located on the north shore with good access to the East and West sides of the island.

I went with a group of friends, we were 9 people in total. The location of the residence is quite central as it is very close to the Cabo Rojo Lighthouse and the Salinas. The rooms are spacious as is the kitchen. All bedrooms, as well as the living room, have ceiling fans. The beds are big enough for 2 people to sleep together comfortably. There were cooking basics, a microwave, and a fridge. The TV is a bit small, but it's the least because there's cable service. There was a washing machine available, although we did not use it and wide cords to hang wet clothes, especially when we arrived from the beach. The residence has a large patio and a wide open-air gazebo. I didn't interact much with the host directly, but I was answering calls and messages quickly, which was very convenient. The shower gave us a bit of trouble, since the jet of water pulling was not uniform, and especially for the girls, it was made difficult for us to rinse our hair, but that didn't discourage us. Overall the house is very clean and everything is organized.

We always feel at home here. We call it the "abuelita house" because it feels like coming home to a place that's familiar. Thank you!!!!

View was amazing, location was great and convenient, host was very responsive and the place was very clean, and master was large and had a great bathroom. There was no AC in the living room and kitchen area which did cause those areas to be hot, but they did have a tower fan there to use, and mentioned that they would be installing wall mounted AC units soon. We were there for a graduation and they were adamant at first about no visitors allowed in the house, and we didn't get their ok until after our family already left the island, which we just put to a miscommunication. Internet was a bit slow for my software development work needs, but streaming videos and checking email and surfing worked great. All in all the place was great, very very clean, decorated nice and the hosts were very nice and helpful with us. Thanks!

Gretchen and Pablo are amazing people, very friendly and welcoming. They received us with open arms. They gave us excellent recommendations for restaurants and beaches. The Silo is an amazing place to stay, very beautiful and peaceful. Gretchen and Pablo went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay and an amazing birthday weekend. We can't wait to come back!💜

This place was very nice and quiet, great if you have kids, have everything you need for a day at the beach or whatever. the only complaint was most of the time the water in the shower wouldn't get very hot.

The condo was wonderful. Laraine and Harry let us into the parking lot then showed us around, giving us a complete tour of our unit. The condo is spacious and has a great view of the ocean. It was well-equipped. The only suggestions for improvement are to supply microwave-safe plates instead of plastic and storage containers for leftovers.

We stayed 3 nights at Pablo’s. The location is great, walking distance to beach, restaurants and nightlife. The pool was definitely a plus! We did experience the blackout. But this is the normal on the Island, and completely out of Pablo’s control. However, he is so kind and offered to compensate us for the power outage. Very kind host!

The Bohio was perfect. The bed was comfortable. Listing was exactly what they said. They were very responsive. Would definitely rent again

Ron was the perfect host! We had a slight delay in our flight, and it took over an hour to get my rental car. Ron checked up on us and waited patiently for us to arrive at his condo. He also guided me to get to the entrance of the gate. He showed us where to park, helped us with our luggage, and personally showed us how to get inside the condo. The view from the porch was great and it's very quiet and peaceful. My kids enjoyed the pool very much. My sister and I also enjoyed the delicious bottle of Sangria he left for us. La Parguera is walking distance and there are many restaurants nearby. His place was also convenient to visit family nearby in San German. I would definitely recommend his place and go back again!
