I really can’t say enough about how amazing Sandrine and Stephane’s place is. It’s maybe the most beautiful home I’ve ever stayed in with stunning views and access to everything available in Soli-Solenzara. My family can’t wait to return!

Small house is absolutely lovely. Perfect for couples. Large garden though is really a highlight here, we had a lot of dinners there and we absolutely loved it. Our dog also enjoyed freedom as garden is fully fenced.

This was the third time we stayed at Calm and Charm in Porto Vecchio and it was just great to be back! We immediately felt at home! The house is beautiful with a large, private, garden and it's close to the lovely city of Porto Vecchio and the beautiful Palombaggia. Thank you very much for the great service, we'll be back in 2026!

We had a wonderful stay with our family (2 adults and 2 boys, 5 and 8 years old). The accommodation is very quiet and has great views, so we could relax optimally. The heated pool was a highlight for our boys and made swimming very pleasant even in the early morning or in the wind. The entire outdoor area is beautifully designed and you enjoy a lot of privacy. In 10-15 minutes you can reach Porto Vecchio by car with many restaurants, supermarkets, bakeries and butchers. The kitchen is very well equipped. Minor problems were solved very quickly by Maud.

Vanessa and her partner were very welcoming, pleasant, caring, attentive and very responsive and we thank them. Since the accommodation was not rented the day before and our plane landed early in the morning, Vanessa kindly allowed us to check in in the morning, which was very helpful. Corsican cookies and flowers awaited us upon arrival. The accommodation is located in a set of very similar modern buildings, in a quiet environment, close to the sea, with several very convenient local shops: butcher, bakery, restaurant, supermarket. The rental is very nice, very well-equipped kitchen and very comfortable bedding. The outside is just as nice with a heated pool that can be used even in October, garden furniture, barbecue... In short, we would have stayed there even if the October weather was a bit temperamental. The only question is when we can go back. We recommend this property without hesitation.

Beautiful location, extremely quiet. Top of the ridge so very private with 2 sets of electronic gates. Electrical window and door shutters that close to complete blackout and very secure. Pool can feel very cool depending on the weather conditions. You will need a car to get to the local supermarket (20 min) and to visit the local area. All in all a fabulous place. Would definitely return. 4 adults.

We had an incredible time in this property. Everything was as described, or even better! The house is exceptionally clean, spacious, tastefully decorated and perfectly equipped. The pool is a real plus! We particularly appreciated the little touch upon arrival: local cakes. The location is ideal, close to everything while being in a quiet area. And what to say about the host: welcoming, responsive, available. This is undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we've ever stayed in. We'll be happy to go back!

This place was everything we needed, private enough but close to the beach, to a port and in the middle of Porto vecchio and Bonifacio. The space is sparkly perfect, from the organization to the finishes on the house. Everything is well thought out. The pool is magical and it provides everything you can ask for while on vacation/retreat/work etc. The hosts were AMAZING. Cannot say enough good things. I would leave 7 ⭐️ reviews if I could.

We absolutely loved our stay and I cannot say enough good things about the house. The views are amazing and it is such a peaceful location. The house is extremely clean, the kitchen is well stocked with high quality kitchenware and dishes. The a/c in all the rooms works very well. I would recommend bringing binoculars because there are lots of birds and it is fun to watch the boats in the cove. Olivia was great…so responsive and kind. Highly recommend.

Hélène attended to all our needs. Greeted us on arrival. Brought pastries and organic eggs each morning. The views were beautiful. Location perfect. Sunrises amazing. Near Porto-Vecchio. Loved it and would highly recommend to friends and family.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A holiday to remember! The house was just perfect – tastefully decorated, sparkling clean and equipped with everything you could wish for a relaxing stay. The location was fantastic, quiet and yet well connected, with stunning views and plenty of space to relax. A very special thank you goes to Sandrina: She was not only an attentive and warm host, but with her open manner and many loving details, she made us feel welcome from the first minute. We will definitely be back – this vacation will remain in the best memory!

The stay went very well. Marion welcomed us very well, very nice and friendly person. The house is nice, just a small criticism at the level of a toilet that is too small ( not practical at the door opening) , and for 8 people three toilets would have agreed better. We also didn't like the security camera on the pool side. In terms of access , the path is really in poor condition , and the work above is a little noisy . Otherwise beautiful location , close to a beach.

We are not sure where to start....well wait, we do, let's start here----> The view from the home can not be beat anywhere in the world. MAYBE if you have a view of the Great Pyramids you can say that view's better. No Almafi Coast, Eiffel Tower view, Brooklyn Bridge View, View from on top Eze France etc can beat it. STUNNING. From the mountains, nature reserves, beaches, islands, ports, unobstructed the whole way around. You can not pay more money to get a better view anywhere in the world, and if people say you can, they are lying. Ok and just as spectacular was----->Odile's, the host. Months in advance she was responding like we were showing up that day. We had all the reassurance that the stay would go well with her. Hats off to her, I hope her professionalism pays off! Ok, what's next? So much but I think I'm running out of characters to write anymore. Thanks Odile.

We had a great time at Lydie's place. The house is very spacious, superbly equipped and well laid out. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful while being very close to Porto-Vecchio and all its amenities. The heated pool in October is a real plus. I highly recommend it and thank Lydie again for hosting us.

We had a very pleasant 10 days in this villa surrounded by nature, with an amazing view. The place is spacious and very well maintained. The pool is a real joy: large and sunny all day. We were hosted very well by Sofiane who remained available throughout the stay, and gave us some great tips for discovering the region. It's a rental we recommend without a second thought. We will come back without hesitation if we come back to Corsica! ☺️ We look forward to welcoming you!

a wonderful family week in a dream house, a superb swimming pool and a view, just extraordinary! Everything was perfect. The house is ideal, quiet and not overlooked. Close to the beaches of Porto Vecchio, Bonifacio, the mountain for hiking. Thank you for this week, which was all too short.

Marie is very friendly, cheerful and always easily accessible. The house was as described and the pool also pleasantly warm in April. Absolute tranquility can not be found here through the street in front of the property. But we knew this before. The view is beautiful.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation. The pictures, which could be seen on the Internet, fully corresponded to what we found on site. It is a very quiet residential area. We especially liked the garden/pool area very much. Our host always responded promptly to questions. We will be happy to come back.

Jean Michel was a wonderful host, nothing was too much trouble. The villa is stunning and very comfortable. Our little boy loved playing with all the toys which are a brilliant addition for anyone staying with children, no need to pack lots of toys. We had a brilliant time at Jean Michel’s villa. Great place to stay for a young family and Maria was a great host. The villa is super clean and has everything you need and the view from the terrasse is incredible. Maria also provided everything for our one year old (cot, chair, bath) and was very responsive and helpful. Couldn’t recommend more!
