The apartment is located in San Paolo, one of the most characteristic and naturalistic areas of Ragusa Ibla, characterized by small steps that rise up the hill, some waterfalls and a big rock of white stone overlooking the foreshortening. Residenze San Paolo is really easy to reach, it is located at the entrance of Ibla, close to the comunal Parking and the center is easily accessible on feet. House description: On the ground floor there is the entrance and the first double bedroom with bathroom and shower ensuite. On the first floor is located the second room, which can act both as a living room or 2 ° bedroom thanks to a convertible sofa, with adjoining bathroom and shower. Finally, also on the first floor there are the dining room and the kitchen, in country style and equipped with stove, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. All rooms are air conditioned with inverters and two bedrooms are equipped with usb television.

Siamo in pieno centro storico. Casa indipendente, con spettacolare vista panoramica(circa 90 gradini per arrivare, tipici a Modica), luminosa e arredata con cura. Terrazzino, living con divano, cucina a vista e tavolo da pranzo. Due camere da letto, una con un grande letto(tatami con futon) e vista stupenda, l'altra più piccola (tatami con futon)e una finestra alta. Due bagni con spaziose docce. Out of all the places we stayed in Sicily, Angelo's apartment was our favourite. I chose this apartment because it looked beautiful in the photos. But it's even more beautiful in real life! It's stylish, smells good, is clean and well equipped. There is a beautiful view from the balcony. The apartment is situated in the heart of Modica, which is one of our favourite towns in Sicily. Here you will find excellent restaurants, fantastic Baroque architecture, culture and the perfect location from which to discover other places in the region. Free parking on site was invaluable. Despite the language differences, communicating with Angelo was easy and straightforward. I would be happy to stay here again.

An incredibly beautifully located apartment with wonderful views . Ornella is friendly and helpful and always responds quickly however many questions you have . Gave tips on what to see / do in Modica . The neighbor wife received us and came with food which was appreciated . Absolutely nothing to complain about .

It was a little gem in beautiful Scicli! Away from the centre, in a secluded little street where cars were not allowed. Beautiful scenery in front of us, peaceful and only 10 minutes walking from everything. The house was clean and very sweetly decorated. Chiara was a great host, answered to every question very quickly and gave us some useful information.

My wife and I stayed at the Casa Rosa during our honeymoon to Sicily, and it was the perfect Airbnb for us. Its location perched atop the hill overlooking Ragusa Ibla is simply incredible, and we loved the Airbnb's patio, windows, and modern design. Finally, the hosts were very kind and thoughtful, welcoming us with a wedding blessing letter and bottle of champagne. I happily recommend this Airbnb to anyone.

Beautiful, clean and charming accommodation in a quiet area of Modica. Beautiful view of the city from the balcony. Quite a sporty walk to climb from the lower town, but for us who are in good physical shape it was an advantage and it helped the digestion of the cannoli 🙂

We had a wonderful stay at Antonino and Morena's property, of exceptional beauty. At the end of a private flowered path, in the beautiful Sicilian countryside, you will find the porch of a superb stone house, on a huge and very private courtyard of Masseria. The house is full of charm, with all the modern comforts, very well appointed, and with a splendid terrace with sea views, and a shaded garden. The lighting, in the evening, adds a very romantic touch to the whole. What a beautiful place, with a soul and a very touching poetry. Morena has given us multiple delicate touches and... we are already planning our next trip❤️.
