The house is very welcoming, the kitchen is well-stocked, and the garden is really an idyll. My partner and I stayed one night and found the house very relaxing. The two cats in the garden were very sociable and polite.

We had such an amazing time at Cati's place! The apartment itself is simply stunning: modern, clean, has all the necessary amenities (and even more!) and decorated in a very charming and special way by Cati herself. You can see how much effort she put into this place that carries her style and talent. It's located in the heart of Carpineto Romano and you can walk around. The views are stunning. Communication with Cati was always easy and instructions are clear. We would love to come back! Thanks for everything Cati!!!

There are no words to describe the beauty and peace that reigns in this wonderful house surrounded by the green of the Itrani olive groves. Our stay was impeccable and exceeded all expectations. Everything is taken care of in detail by the host Ascanio, an exquisite and always available person, who has even drawn up a guide to places and activities of interest in the area. We felt at home and super pampered, in a clean, comfortable but above all quiet environment. Really recommended!

Edda's house is located in the mountains, away from any busy roads. Nearby is a historic hilltop village with narrow roads, best to drive there (or walk upo the hill) and then explore by foot. There is a bustling local community and I recommend the "Mozzarella Store" at the nearby cross-road, which apart from the local cheese also sells excellent bread, pizzas and ham. The house is large and has 3 big bedrooms and Edda and her husband have been excellent hosts throughout our stay.

Everything was fantastic. Such a beautiful and peaceful area and the hosts were very kind and welcoming! Homemade crostata waiting for us upon arrival and even dropped down a fresh homemade cake while we were there. Perfetto!

If I could give 10 stars I would give her 11, Franca was very helpful and patient. The house is very nice and has all the necessary amenities to make the most of your stay. Franca paid particular attention to my daughter's needs, from the corner covers to the flexible check-out. We will definitely be back!!

Gianluca was kind, helpful and always ready. The accommodation is superlative and in a perfect location.

We had a lovely stay at Vincenzo and Gamze's place, it was perfect for what we needed on our way up to Rome from Naples. We were able to feel right at home by putting the fire on in the evening with the added bonus of waking up to a spectacular view in the morning. Thank you for letting us stay in this beautiful apartment and we hope to come back one day. Dan and Valentina :)

Our favorite stay during our 12 day trip through Italy. Big, spacious and sparkling clean apartment with comfy beds and couch. Fully equipped kitchen, with delicious coffe brewed by the host. Both hosts are very sweet and very helpful.

Spectacular location, right on the harbor and under a beautiful cliff. Beautiful view from the large terrace. Filippo and the staff of La Scogliera were very kind. Absolutely recommended!

Very nice place, comfortable and well furnished. The swimming pool in the terrace was nice and clean always. Sara is really friendly and helpful with information about where to go with the kids. All good 😊 the only issue is the house location, you must have a car to get there. But if you love relaxing and peace ✌️ this is the right place for you 🤩

We had a great stay at Vento Verde! The apartment has an amazing large balcony with a beautiful view where you can peacefully enjoy both the morning coffee and the evening pizza/wine. Equally short walking distance to the beach and the picturesque old-town. There is a few steps/hills to walk, but nothing we could not manage with a 1.5-year old and a stroller. We highly recommend the place!

Great place for a stay in Sora. Very clean, warm and comfortable. Straight 15 minute walk to the old town centre. Would stay again and recommend!

Augusto's B&B was a pleasant discovery, impeccable rooms both in cleanliness and comfort. Augusto was one of the best hosts with whom we had the opportunity, in our travels, to come into contact, kind, helpful and understanding, a great landlord. Definitely highly recommended.

Just what I was hoping for. Quiet, comfortable, clean, great location, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, lovely.

Shower was hot. There was a good coffee machine and we slept well. Instructions were clear.

the accommodation is located in the inner area of Circeo, which is an advantage because it is far from the chaos but only a 5-minute drive from the sea. The accommodation is a small villa immersed in the countryside, renovated and cared for in every detail. The room and bathroom are very clean, spacious and very comfortable. In the morning, Valeria provided us with a full breakfast that we could enjoy in the beautiful patio. Valeria was very kind and extremely helpful. We will definitely be back!
