Sweet garden cottage in hilltown

Kate was absolutely incredible to communicate with. Check-in was clear, her house is even better in person. The garden is spectacular. The town of Otricoli and her recommendations are spot-on and it’s an amazing place to visit the rest of the region of Umbria and Lazio!

Podere Pereti Nuovi-modern Tuscan Villa

MichaelRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
There is no way to accurately describe the views of the Tuscany countryside from this wonderful villa. The updating of the house left nothing to be desired. Indoor and outdoor amenities are perfect for a large group or family. It's a great home base, as it's centrally located. We took day trips to Assisi, Montepulciano, Montalcino, Monticchhiello, Pienza, Siena, and Orvieto. And so close to the hidden gem of Bagno Vignoni - don't skip it. Kathleen was one of the best hosts we have ever had. From recommendations and directions to introductions to chefs and wine tour guides. She was quickly responsive to all of our questions throughout the process. You will love everything about this place. We would definitely go back.

The Eagle and the Olive Tree

PatrickRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We had the absolute pleasure of spending three unforgettable days at Paolo and Monica’s 800-year-old farmhouse — and it was hands down the best Airbnb experience we’ve ever had. The home itself is stunning: full of history, character, and comfort, with every amenity thoughtfully provided. Each morning, Paolo and Monica prepared a beautiful, fresh breakfast spread complete with homemade cakes and warm, delicious options that started our days off with so much care and joy. The hospitality was truly beyond compare — Paolo and Monica are salt-of-the-earth people with hearts of gold. One of the highlights of our stay was visiting with the many animals they lovingly care for. From eagles and owls to donkeys, horses, peacocks, ducks, and sheep — it felt like something out of a storybook. Monica’s passion for rescuing and training animals is inspiring, and added such a special, personal touch to the experience. Thier home is filled with beauty, warmth, and heart. Coming back soon! ❤️❤️❤️

Guest House Piazza Marconi

The house overlooks a beautiful valley, overlooking the cliffs and the walls of Amelia. Swallows dart near the window... a wonderful view. The apartment is very clean and tastefully furnished. Marco was very kind and helpful in giving us info on everything that could be useful to us. At Amelia's we were treated very well and we felt "pampered". We also had a lot of useful information from the Municipality on how to best spend our stay, including directions to the most beautiful sites to visit, both natural and cultural

The apartment is quite basic but cool (it was very hot outside), comfortable and clean and is in a quiet area but very close to the main street with shops, bars and restaurants and the train station (very convenient for those who want to go to Rome). A decent and convenient accommodation.

Stay in a period home that exudes art and culture. Great location, just minutes from Terni, Narni, and the Marmore Falls. Located in the historic center of Stroncone, a one-minute walk from the convenient free parking at the gates of the village. Served by a bar, an exceptional restaurant, a tobacco shop, all a few meters away. Exceptional host. Recommended!

Ancient Monastery near Rome { I Conversi }

TaylaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
We stayed for one night for our honeymoon before heading out for a cruise and this was the perfect way to start our trip!! The place was beautiful and really emulated the Tuscany experience we were hoping for. The breakfast in the morning was absolutely delicious, while we did not realize how far it was from where we had made a dinner reservation for the night we got in (no fault of Ippolita) it was totally worth driving along the country side. I highly recommend and we will remember our stay at Abbazia di SanGiusto
