Pier Giuseppe è stato carinissimo nella sua gentilezza, sempre rispettoso e generoso. Attenti ai nostri bisogni e rispettoso dei nostri spazi. Se si va in diverse persone il rapporto qualità prezzo è molto buono. Ottimo per chi cerca posti quieti e tranquilli.

Alles war super. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sauber. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, die Lage ist wunderbar und nah genug an Bologna. Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen.

A causa di un trasloco molto complicato ho soggiornato da sola presso la struttura, facendo purtroppo avanti e indietro verso e da Bologna Lavorando con gli animali ed il giardino, splendido e completamente recintato, ha fatto davvero la differenza La casa è incantevole così come il panorama che ne fa da cornice, impagabile svegliarsi alla vista dei nostri Appennini. Talmente tanto silenzio da sentirmene - soprattutto di notte - quasi intimorita :-) Bellissimo stacco durante il quale, a tratti, sono riuscita anche a rigenerarmi Ho avuto qualche piccola difficoltà con la Tv in sala rispetto alla sincronizzazione canali, mentre tutto ok con quella in camera Pulizia e servizi offerti completamente in linea con le aspettative Nell’insieme consiglierei assolutamente un soggiorno presso questa incantevole struttura se si vuole davvero staccare la spina e ritagliarsi uno spazio ed un momento di solo relax e riposo! Una location immersa nella campagna con un grandissimo giardino, ideale per bambini. La casa aveva tutti i comfort e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Posiziona ottima, solo 18 km da Bologna. Tiziana molto gentile e sempre disponibile. Consigliato!

Aneta was a great host, very proactive, helpful and friendly. Apartment was very clean and well designed. Beautiful green surroundings and the natural linden tree smell all around the streets and the apartment was just so amazing. It was only a 20 min train ride to Bologna center and the apartment was right around the corner from train station which was very convenient. All in all it was a great stay. Thank you again Anita! We’ll be back for sure.

We absolutely loved the house and all of the features. We spent a lot of time outside in the little patio area and our kids played basketball in the driveway. The automated windows, skylights, and shutters were very nice. The AC worked very well and kept us cool during the middle of the day when it was hot outside. The location is less convenient if you don’t have a car but we were able to walk to town in 20 minutes. The area was quiet and beautiful which is what we wanted so we didn’t mind the inconvenience. Very lovely hosts who live on the property and provided lots of information and were very responsive.

Alloggio immerso nella natura, ampio..con tutto ciò che serve per una vacanza si qualche giorno. Dintorni splendidi e ottimo per una escursione nei boschi sei dintorni..strada di accesso stretta e ripida ma accessibile con auto.... necessaria per spostarsi nei dintorni.. immersa in un piccolo borgo tranquillissimo.. Agata.. molto gentile e disponibile

Er heen gaan is al een feest. Steeds verder omhoog, de aanwijzingen volgend, kom je dan uiteindelijk op plaats van bestemming. Dan eerst even genieten van het spectaculaire uitzicht. Om vervolgens zwaar onder de indruk te raken van het huisje. Super groot, en heel erg authentiek. We voelden ons prins en prinses!

Lovely very large secure garden which was ideal for our dogs. The pool was lovely and the eating area outside the kitchen was ideal. The house was comfortable and spacious and air con in 2 of the bedrooms was lovely as kept the whole house at a lovely temperature. Local bakery ideal for breakfast. 2 of our party went to the aqua park and loved it. We also visited Ferrera and Bologna.

Gut geschnittene Wohnung mit Balkon und eigenem Parkplatz in einem Neubau. Ruhige Nachbarn, saubere Liegenschaft und gut gelegen um Ausflüge in die Umgebung zu machen.

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

Vittorio and Rosa Maria were the perfect hosts and couldn’t do enough for us. Vittorio provided great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit including a winery and cheese making factory. Also we had a fantastic meal cooked by Rosa Maria. It is a good base to visit other cities such as Modena and Parma (and others) by road or by train. The house was spacious, well equipped and felt like more like a family home with books, comfortable sofas a lovely sitting room and bedrooms. We very much enjoyed our stay and had a great holiday. This is the best air bnb I have ever stayed in. The entire time I was checked on to make sure I was okay and if I needed anything. I was given great recommendations for local spots. The view is unimaginable here, absolutely che bello! It honestly felt like home! I can not recommend this place enough. absolutely amazing. Andrea and company will take care of you!!!

We had a great stay at Daria’s apartment. She was very responsive with information and quick to reply with questions. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. Close to lots of food/cafes and about a 10 minute walk to the main square and train station. We loved Bologna and would come back and stay here again.

Spacious apartment with vaulted ceilings and walking distance to train station, restaurants, shopping, and central Bologna. Air conditioning and the lift were very appreciated. We really enjoyed staying at Vladimir’s place and would consider staying again on a future trip to Bologna. Vladimir’s apartment manager, Luca was wonderful — very helpful with local recommendations and baggage storage, and quite flexible for check-in when our train was very late to arrive.

My stay in this apartment was truly exceptional. The place was spotlessly clean, beautifully maintained, cozy, and filled with natural light. Everything exceeded my expectations. I absolutely loved it and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and elegant stay.

Giuseppe’s apartment is in a great location for a visit to Bologna. There are a plenty of places to eat very close by, plus it’s a short walk to the central area of Piazza Maggiore. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we needed for our family of four. A great choice for our four night stay in Bologna.  Giuseppe was immediately available when we needed advice or assistance, which we really appreciated. 

Το κατάλυμα θεωρώ ότι είναι ένα από τα καλύτερα καταλύματα στην Ιταλία. Υπάρχει μια εξαιρετική σχέση ποιότητας - τιμής και μια ακόμα καλύτερη επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη και τη μητέρα του. Πρόκειται για δύο γλυκύτατους ανθρώπους που είναι πρόθυμοι να σου οδηγίες και συμβουλές για οτιδήποτε χρειαστείς. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται πολύ κοντά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο της Μπολόνια, αλλά δεν είναι σε κεντρικό μέρος. Έχει κοντά του μέρη για φαγητό, για καφέ και σούπερ μάρκετ. Το εσωτερικό του μύριζε πολύ όμορφα, ήταν πάρα πολύ καθαρό και είχε ό,τι θα μπορούσε να χρειαστεί ένας φιλοξενούμενος (μπορεί και περισσότερα). Το στρώμα στο κρεβάτι μας χάρισε έναν από τους πιο ξεκουραστους ύπνους της ζωής μας. Μας εξέπληξε πολύ ευχάριστα η διαμονή μας εκεί και το προτείνουμε χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη σε όποιον επισκεφτεί την πόλη της Μπολόνια. Ευχαριστούμε Τομάζο και Πάολα!
