Luca's apartment was really beautiful, just like the pictures, the two bedrooms and bathrooms were very convenient for us as a family, the living room was perfect for morning coffee and we generally had a great time! Excellent location, very close to everything you need and the city center! Luca was really kind and the communication was really good! He was also really lenient with the check in and check out time! Thank you for everything!

Caterina was an amazing host. She was kind enough to let us check in early since the place was available. She has a bulletin board full of local recommendations for gelato, breakfast places, local osterias, grocery stores. It was really so awesome. I would recommend her place to all my friends. It was fabulous

Wir waren zu siebt in der Unterkunft und hatten eine super Zeit. Die große Wohnung mit ihren zwei Bädern lag perfekt zwischen Hauptbahnhof und Innenstadt. Wir wurden freundlich empfangen und alles war sauber. Gerne wieder!

We had an excellent stay in this apartment for 4 nights! Nicola was very friendly and made the check in and out process easy. He gave us an overview of the place when we got there and also provided great local recommendations. The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and we enjoyed the open, bright layout and balcony. The location was convenient for walking around the city and getting to bars, restaurants, and attractions. We didn’t do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed well equipped to do so.

Massimo and hosts were welcoming, friendly and helpful. The apartment was immaculate, comfortable and even better than the photos. It was so spacious with such tasteful and elegant decor. Everything was well thought out and provided. Location was great and an easy walk to the train station, yet safe. Easy walk to city centre and major attractions. Host also provided great recommendations for local bars and restaurants. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay there again if in Bologna.

Het appartement van Matteo had een fijne locatie aan een rustige straat. Het appartement zelf was ontzettend schoon, groter dan verwacht, en alles geadverteerd was aanwezig (inclusief strijkijzer, shampoo, douchegel, ect). Fijne communicatie met Matteo, en duidelijke instructies over het binnenkomen van het appartement. Wij hebben een top verblijf gehad!

Elena was a very attentive host, and gave us lots of recommendations for the area and Bologna. The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Bologna!

Hemos estado perfectamente en el alojamiento. Fabio se ha preocupado porque nuestra estancia fuera inmejorable y ha estado pendiente de ayudarnos y cuidarnos. Todo estaba muy limpio y cuidado. Volvería sin dudarlo.

Excellent stay! Andrea is a wonderful host. Comfortable and well appointed house in a beautiful setting. Very clean and spotless. Location is in the hills outside Bologna and a car is necessary to get around.

Great location for a first visit to Bologna. Very close to many things you will want to do and the neighborhood was still quiet. The place is small, but fine if you don't intend to spend much time inside. It still had everything we needed for a short stay. The bed was fairly comfortable, but the pillows were not and they were the only complaint I really have. Check-in/out was very easy and the host Valentina was quick to respond.

Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti in 3 persone. Roberta è stata gentile e accogliente, ci ha inoltre fornito alcune indicazioni utili per mangiare e visitare Bologna. L'appartamento è pulito, rispondente alla descrizione e in posizione tale da girare la città a piedi.

Smaller apartment in an old building but renovated and modern, had all the amenities, as described, great location right at the end of center, walkable to all the places and close to the bus stops.

This place was amazing. Close to everything in Budrio. Sara was very nice and went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We will be back to rent this place again!

Świetna lokalizacja - spokojna, blisko sklepów i świetnych restauracji, z dala od turystycznego zgiełku. Okolica jest zielona i cicha. Gospodarze byli niezwykle pomocni i polecili nam wiele ciekawych miejsc. Mieszkanie jest w pełni wyposażone we wszystko, co potrzebne.

Accoglienza splendida, casa bella e funzionale. Un luogo in cui tornare!

Wir waren als Familie in der wunderschönen Bleibe von Andrea - ein Paar mit Baby, ein Paar ohne Kind und ein Großelternpaar, also 6 Erwachsene. Wir hatten mehr als genug Platz und wurden sehr warm empfangen. Apartment, Garten und Pool waren super und wir konnten und gut erholen. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die überschattete Tafel, an der wir immer gegessen haben. Der Ausblick ist fantastisch und alles war absolut sauber und gut gepflegt. Andrea und Alina haben wir als sehr warmherzig und zuvorkommend erlebt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Orlando e Roxana sono stati fantastici! non mi sono mai trovata così bene e a mio agio in nessuna struttura dove ho soggiornato prima! Si vede che fanno il loro lavoro con grande amore e passione! Come è tutto pulito e curato, con gusto e attenzione, come sono gentili, simpatici, disponibili e felici di instaurare un rapporto di conoscenza e amicizia. Mi sono sentita veramente a casa, in una struttura deliziosa in mezzo alla campagna, dove ho dormito benissimo e mi sono rilassata. Ho trovato in Orlando e Roxana una generosità mai vista prima! Tutto a disposizione tutto per ottime colazioni, in gran quantità, e inoltre mille piccole utilità che mi hanno lasciato senza parole...tutto perfetto! loro canini sono deliziosi, gioiosi e affettuosi, e contribuiscono a farti sentire fra amici cari in un angolo incantato. Posizione ottima, direi strategica! vicino a tutto: mare, città e luoghi da visitare, natura, angolini deliziosi dove mangiare ottimamente. porterò presto mio marito! GRAZIE!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie war top! Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und freundlich – wir haben uns von der ersten Minute an willkommen gefühlt. Besonders toll fanden wir auch ihren süßen Hund. Die Wohnung selbst ist wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und es fehlt einem an nichts. Alles, was man braucht, ist vorhanden, und man fühlt sich direkt wie zu Hause. Die Lage ist ideal – man ist schnell in der nächstgrößeren Stadt, aber auch genauso schnell in den Bergen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft und perfekt für Spaziergänge direkt hinter dem Haus. Ein absolutes Highlight war der Whirlpool – perfekt, um nach einem Tag in der Natur zu entspannen. Außerdem hat uns Anna-Maria ein paar nette Tipps für Ausflüge in die Umgebung gegeben, die sehr hilfreich waren. Wir können den Aufenthalt bei Anna-Maria und ihrer Familie nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

One of the best Airbnb we have been to so far. Everything new, spotlessly clean, modern but also decorated with a lot of charm and „gusto“ / taste !!! You can see how much of affection they put in there. Coming to the hosts: a great couple who welcomed us so warmly and sympathetic! I often had very nice and interesting chats with Monia and Fabio was also always available and asked how we were doing, if we needed something etc. The view is stunning, it’s quiet to relax and work (WiFi works also on the terrace) and it’s a fantastic & strategic location to visit all important spots of Emilia Romagna. We spend 4 nights here and had a good time, the view is beautiful in the middle of mountains and nature. We had a bedroom with a big, modern bathroom. Francesca is super friendly and it was very easy for us to find anything right away! Thank you for having us!
