Vacation rentals with breakfast in San Donato-San Vitale, Bologna

Alberto en zijn team hebben ons zeer hartelijk ontvangen. De knusse locatie was perfect voor ons om Bologna te bezoeken, de omgeving te verkennen en heerlijk te ontspannen. Alberto is een zeer attente gastheer.

Amazing apartment for the price. 3 full bedrooms with 2 baths. Huge living room and kitchen. Great for big companies and families. The only thing, for the apartment of this size, I think it’s preferable to have more than one set of keys. Has all the amenities and heating worked perfectly. The host responded very quickly.

Alloggio pratico ed efficace specialmente se hai bisogno di un buon appoggio per passare la notte. Io e un mio amico abbiamo già soggiornato in questa stanza l'anno scorso, ed è stata nuovamente una garanzia, sotto tutti i punti di vista. Posizione tranquilla e soprattutto strategica per raggiungere in poco tempo zone e città circostanti. Host professionale, gentile e sempre a disposizione per dare consigli o informazioni utili.

L'alloggio di Elena era immacolato; ampio e organizzato benissimo. Elena è sempre stata attenta e rapida nella comunicazione, dalla prenotazione al check-out. Tutto perfetto e super consigliato!

Siamo stati davvero bene in questo appartamento! Gli host sono stati gentilissimi e sempre disponibili per qualsiasi esigenza, rendendo il soggiorno ancora più piacevole. L’appartamento si trova proprio sotto la loro abitazione, ma abbiamo avuto tutta la privacy di cui avevamo bisogno. Lo spazio interno è un open space, ma molto ampio, curato e accogliente: si respira da subito un’atmosfera calda e rilassante, perfetta per qualche giorno di tranquillità. L’unico piccolo aspetto da considerare è che il bagno non si trova all’interno dell’appartamento, ma in una zona comune adiacente. Tuttavia, è comunque riservato agli ospiti ed è facilmente accessibile. Nel complesso, un’ottima soluzione che consigliamo a chi cerca un posto tranquillo, pulito e con host davvero premurosi!

Soggiorno molto breve ma piacevolissimo. L'accoglienza è stata puntuale e cordiale, la posizione è molto comoda per visitare Bologna e i suoi dintorni. La casa è ampia, confortevole e perfettamente attrezzata. Veramente incantevole

Siamo arrivati sera tardi, ci hanno accolto benissimo, molto gentili, sempre disponibili. Il monolocale è stato perfetto per noi, con una bomba piccolissima e un cagnolino, avevamo tutti gli spazi necessari. Il giardino meraviglioso che circonda la casa, ideale per il cane, il monolocale arredato bene e molto molto pulito! Se dovessimo tornare a Bologna sicuramente torneremo qui!

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié ce logement, Guido est un hôte très sympathique, très réactif, très accueillant, l appartement était impeccable, spacieux, nous étions 6, c était parfait. Nos hôtes avaient rempli le frigo et les placards afin que nous puissions nous confectionner de superbes petit-déjeuner, tout était parfait. La localisation à 30mn à pied du centre, près des transports en commun était un plus très apprécié, nous avons tout fait à pied. Un très beau séjour dans un ville magnifique. Merci Guido et merci à votre épouse.

What a wonderful apartment in a great location! The apartment was light and spacious. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Five of us stayed there very comfortably and would’ve been happy to stay even longer. The location is fantastic, just a few minutes walk from Piazza Maggiore. An endless supply of great places to eat and shop within walking distance. If I came back to Bologna, I would check to see if this apartment was available first.

Ik had deze locatie geboekt om 1,5 week geconcentreerd te kunnen werken. Het huis van Ramses boven op de berg gaf me veel inspiratie. Het was van echt álles voorzien, meer denk ik dan waar Ramses mee adverteert. Het ontbrak mij dus aan helemaal niets en ik voelde me er geweldig! Ramses was ook héél behulpzaam als ik vragen had. Dank Ramses dat je mijn werkvakantie tot een succes maakte!

This was a lovely spot! It's a great bnb and I would totally recommend to others. The location was perfect for center city activities, and even a walk out to the San Luca church. Our hosts were responsive and very friendly.

We only stayed for two days, but we loved this place! The apartment is beautiful and you can tell the host puts in a lot of effort into it. Highly recommended!

L'appartement est très spacieux et propre. Très bonne literie. Nous avons pu profiter du coin terrasse dans le jardin ce qui était très agréable. Ce logement est bien situé dans Bologna, tout le centre ville est accessible à pied. Giorgio est un hôte très accueillant et agréable. Une remarque cependant : nous nous attendions, pour ce prix, pouvoir disposer d'une cafetière électrique, ce qui n'était pas le cas.

Excellent apartment with everything we needed for one night to fly out of Bologna. Very comfortable bedrooms and impeccable bathrooms. Kitchen was really convenient and the expresso machine made our breakfast. Highly recommended and really closed to Bologna airport.

Was für ein wundervoller Aufenthalt bei Laura! Sie ist eine unglaublich herzliche und freundliche ältere Dame, die uns sofort das Gefühl gab, zu Hause zu sein. Das Schlafzimmer in ihrer Wohnung war gemütlich, und obwohl das Badezimmer geteilt wurde, war es immer makellos sauber. Die Aussicht von ihrem auf einem Hügel gelegenen Haus ist einfach atemberaubend – wir konnten uns kaum sattsehen! Ein absolutes Highlight war das Frühstück auf der Terrasse. Laura verwöhnte uns jeden Morgen mit köstlichen, hausgemachten Marmeladen und frischem Kaffee. So startet man perfekt in den Tag! Auch der Parkplatz direkt vor der Unterkunft war super praktisch. Wir können Lauras Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!

The B&B was exactly as described and in a central location with plenty of nearby bars and restaurants. Arianna was a great host and offered for us to leave our luggage before we checked in. There was an issue with the WiFi but Arianna was very apologetic and quick to resolve it.

Piero was most welcoming and his place is comfortable, clean and very centrally located. Piero was very helpful when we needed it but gave us plenty of space too. The breakfasts were perfect for our needs. Thank you Piero, it was great to meet you!

Ilaria ist eine tolle Gastgeberin, die immer erreichbar war und klasse Tipps für mein Bologna Erlebnis geben konnte. Ein üppiges typisch italienisches Frühstück (inkl. frisches Obst) stand den Gästen des BnB in der bestens ausgestatteten Gemeinschaftsküche jeden Morgen zur Verfügung. Mein Zimmer (mit eigenem Bad) lag nach hinten raus mit Blick in den großen ruhigen Hinterhof. Das Bett war sehr gemütlich und die Zimmerreinigung inkl. Austausch von Handtüchern steht bei Bedarf jederzeit zur Verfügung. Alles prima. Freue mich auf meinen nächsten Besuch in dieser wunderbaren Stadt.

Guilia ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Die Kommunikation erfolgt schnell und unkompliziert. Die Zimmer sind makellos sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Man kann direkt von der Wohnung aus viel unternehmen (Essen, Trinken, Kultur) und in ca 12 Minuten zu Fuß ist man in der Altstadt von Bologna. Wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind, ist es ruhig zum Schlafen. Bei geöffnetem Fenster sind Ohropax empfehlenswert.

Host super gentile e disponibile, appartamento perfetto e pulitissimo con a disposizione bottiglie d’acqua e succhi di frutta per gli ospiti (cosa che non succede spesso). Sicuramente se dovessi tornare a Bologna tornerò da loro!

La casa era perfetta per la mia famiglia, calda e accogliente, ogni stanza con il suo bagno e la cucina tutta a nostra disposizione, abbiamo avuto una bellissima vacanza! Situazione logistica perfetta, giusta distanza con il centro. Parcheggio per la macchina molto vicino. Grazie
