My stay at Dennis's place was extraordinary. The penthouse is very beautiful and comfortable. Dennis was very responsive and easy to contact. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a nice place to to stay. I will definitely be booking here again.

The place is spacious and beautifully decorated. It was great to have hot water since it’s not common in the DR! The beds were comfortable. The AC units worked great. It was really helpful to have complimentary cleaning and laundry services. We enjoyed the back patio! It was really helpful to have the backup generator. It’s well integrated into the system.

This was my parents’ first international trip, and Susanne’s home made it such a special experience for them. It even gave them the confidence to consider traveling to new places in the future! Since my parents are older, I wanted to find a place that was private, cozy, and comfortable enough for us to enjoy even on rainy days, and this home was perfect. The kitchen allowed us to cook meals together, and we really enjoyed spending time in the pool as well. My parents and I are already planning to return to the DR, and we hope to stay at Susanne’s place again!

I loved it, Nancy is super attentive, the house has everything, very good with all the right utensils and services, her attentions were excellent and just as she indicates. I would stay here again without any problem, totally recommended, my friends and I were delighted. The house is just like the photos, or rather, much nicer.

Everything was as I expected

Visited the DR with family to attend a wedding. Jenci was always very responsive, polite and easy to communicate with. Hector the local host was excellent and assisted with our check-in even after my flight was delayed several hours. The house is in a quiet neighborhood, slept peacefully at night; more than enough room for our party of 9 to spread out and looks just as pictured. If you’re comfortable driving in the chaotic DR streets, then I’d recommend renting a vehicle. The house has parking for two vehicles. I had not driven in the DR for over 20 years but I got my skills back right away! There is also a pool which we didn’t have time to use, but did get in a work out with the gym set up at the house. The AC works great throughout the house, which is important. All in all very comfortable home and would stay again in future visits. Thank you Jenci & Hector!

Pretty nice, and comfortable apartment

This place was perfect for my family, first time visiting the south of the country. Everything was as described, beautiful, spacious and let’s not forget the rooftop terrace.

Elias was an exceptional host—responsive, welcoming, and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. His place was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described, with thoughtful touches that made us feel at home. The location was perfect, with easy access. Carlos place is one of my all time favorite. It has everything I needed and wanted. It was exactly as he described, very clean, spacious and comfortable, and in a private secured location. Restaurants and entertainment is in walking distance. Carlos was very responsive on anything you needed. This will be my choice to stay when I’m visiting Santo Domingo. Thank you Carlos!
