Family-friendly vacation rentals in San Carlos

This home was perfect! In a luxury, private peaceful gated community of Buenaventura. Home was exactly what we were looking for while celebrating our 25th anniversary. You can lounge by the backyard pool or walk 50 feet and play in the hotel pool! Very well stocked kitchen. Comfy beds and last but not least it always so reassuring to have a good host that you can rely on. Sandra and Esi were just that!

Excellent place, full recommended, everything was very clean and organized. The communication with Julie was very good, I responded very quickly all our concerns and the water park was excellent for the children. We really had a blast as a family. Thank you very much Julie for always being on the lookout.

Burma's place was great for my family. The balcony with the view of the ocean was wonderful. The beach and property were clean. Burma's condo was as described and suited all of our needs.

This is the fourth time my husband and I have visited Panama and our first to stay at Rio Mar. Our stay in Keith’s condo was lovely and relaxing. The view from the many windows gave us a panoramic view of the ocean with the morning sun coming up on our balcony. The beach was a short walk from our door. The condo itself was amply furnished the way that we enjoy with spacious areas throughout. The kitchen had everything to make our stay enjoyable and having three full baths was a bonus. We had a few glitches with the condo but Sery was quick to correct them. Our stay was for four weeks with the first two on our own and the last two spent with two friends. We enjoyed the four different pools, the poolside restaurant and the many choices of seating in the common areas. There were many amenities available if one wished to use them. The cleanliness of the grounds show that Rio Mar takes pride in their surroundings. We would not hesitate to visit again.

Absolutely loved our stay! The home was perfect for our small family — very well distributed, spacious, and comfortable. The location was fantastic, close to everything we needed. Super clean and well-equipped. Highly recommended for families looking for a cozy and convenient place to stay!

Juan was a wonderful host. Very flexible and extremely responsive to any question we had. The instructions were very helpful and easy to follow. The pool and garden were wonderful and very peaceful. The house was ni ely equipped with a full kitchen. You can walk to mini marts and a couple local restaurants inside the community as well as the beach. We felt very safe and the locals were very friendly. This is a great Airbnb if you are looking to relax and enjoy some peace and quiet. We would definitely stay at Juans again. Our stay at Isaac’s house was excellent. The location is fantastic, just a few steps from Deli store and the Children’s Park, which made our experience even better. The house is spacious and comfortable. Additionally, the communication with Isaac was exceptional from the very beginning. He was always very attentive and responsive to any questions. We will definitely come back!

We are delighted with our experience on this property. The house exceeded our expectations; it's even better than the photos! It is super cozy and comfortable, perfect for a large family like ours. Upon arrival everything was clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with more than enough utensils to prepare meals for our group. In addition there were sufficient supplies of personal toilets and cleaning, also kitchen items that are essential such as paper towel and sewels, up to aluminum foil and ziplocs, as well as condiments, among others... The space is ideal for spending a few days with your family, especially if they are large groups of between 6 and 12 people. The pool is an excellent plus The house is close to Coronado beach although we liked the beach of Santa Clara more which is about 30 min from there. Each corner of the house is designed to provide comfort and make you feel at home. The host is very friendly.

super cozy house, quite spacious for big family. there are a lot of sleeping beds and the weather is divine. The pool is quite cold. and the house is fully equipped

The Condo was nice, but floors, bathrooms and some wall stains weren't cleaned to normal standards. Now for the good. The grill was great. Furniture was in good shape. Armando got us a second key promptly when we asked. Armando did a great job getting technicians to repair the AC. The Condo was nice (but we would have preferred to be in Nueva Gorgona.

Altos de María is one of my favorite spots in all of Panama. Svetlana was very welcoming and her place has everything to make you feel right at home.

Jorge's hospitality is awesome, he was always in touch to ensure we were doing well. The location is perfect, minutes to the beach. We spent a very nice new year in the pool of the house. I recommend it.

Mar's apartment is comfortable, well equipped, fully furnished with everything you need in the kitchen to stay and cook. Also, Mar's place is in a beautiful tower next to the Punta de El Palmar beach, the building itself has two pools and a shared pool are for lounging and relaxing. Enjoy a day by the beach or visit to El Palmar beach restaurants by foot, on a good day you can catch some waves there in the point.

Excellent place, with everything you need to spend a few quiet days with the family. Although the house is part of a set of 6 houses, it is a very quiet and respectful atmosphere. They are always attentive to collaborate on whatever is needed.

This is a fabulous Airbnb if you want to experience Panama outside the big city. The property itself has a gorgeous pool! It is also close to a beautiful beach called Playa Teta, which most days you will have all to yourself! Just make sure to take a cooler with drinks and food since there is nothing on the beach, other than you. :) Alex is a wonderful host and is VERY responsive. He even helped us find a shipping store, lol! Great stay!

Alecia is a very good host. The property is very well cared for. The pool and bohío are in excellent condition. The property is large and totally gated. It is close to the best beaches and the setting is quiet and good for walking your dogs.

I've stayed in may 8 places in Vista Mar... best views, best decor of all in 14A. Very spacious and great outdoor terraces toooo

It's north of Coronado Beach. It's very remote and peaceful. Transportation probably a necessity due to that unless you arrive well stocked. 24 hours guard always at the gate. Secured parking. Private beach access directly across the street and 4th floor pool area awesome. I struggled with the cooktop but Carolina helped me through it. (hold the button with the vertical line for 10 seconds).

The accommodation is comfortable. It's great for a couple getaway, it has everything the listing describes, the beach is a 5-minute walk away. We really liked Corona beach. You can bring your food and cook comfortably. Good location the Building has a pool and a small gym. Everything is clean. I recommend it and we'll be back soon.

Very attentive to every need. Constantly checked up on us to ensure we had what we needed and if everything was in working order. The neighborhood was a closed area controlled by a local guard, which was great and made us feel safe. We came on an off season so we were practically alone in the neighborhood. The beach was not as good, only because we came on the off season but we still visited it every once and awhile. The beach was dirty because it was the rainy season and bring a lot of debris from the mountains. Go during the US winter if you want a better beach. Still didn't bother us though.
