Vacation rentals with an accessible height bed in San Carlos

Our stay here was amazing. We saw the pictures on the listing and knew we were in for a treat but it’s even better in person. The drive up is very rocky with lots of sharp mountain road turns but the arrival is well worth it!! The directions to get there were helpful but we found it useful to map to Nepenthe which is very close to the property. Definitely stay here for your rainforest getaway! We’ll remember it forever!

The little house was the best place for us in Costa Rica! Kely was by far the best and most helpful host. When we had a problem she got to the house in ten minutes and helped us. She is soo kind and gave us the best recommendations! You have to go to the Guapote Lodge for food, they will even show you some sloth‘s in the garden. The surroundings of the little house are beautiful too. We saw hummingbirds and poison dart frogs in the garden while having breakfast on the balcony. I would recommend Kely and the house 💯%

EXCELLENTE!!! I brought my Son, his wife and 5 and 8 year old. We lived in the pool area after the excursions. The beds were comfortable, TV easy, everything you need to cook in the kitchen. The house was a short 2 block walk to town and good restaurants. It’s at the end of a road so no thru traffic or street noise. FYI- the pizza place down the street has terrible pizza! La Fortuna restaurant was great! Pura Vida. Thank you Rebecca!!!

Amazing place to stay! Gorgeous view, comfy bed, great shower. Everything was very clean, nice to have laundry service available. Check in was easy, they were even able to get us in early. Very secure area. Loved being across from Mistico Parque - we got up early and walked the trails before the tour buses got there. Breakfast was so good the first day, delicious and wonderful service. Second not so much but maybe because it was Saturday. Wonderful stay all around!

We are 100% coming back to this beautiful little haven! It is impossible to put into words the inspiring experience we had here in such a short time. We didn't want to leave! The house is comfortable, clean and close to everything, yet it's completely private and safe. You can take any tour or go to Fortuna easily, but you can't miss what is at your fingertips; I HIGHLY recommend this family's cooking class, where you can walk through their wild organic garden and eat fresh food. The magnificence of the cooking class experience is impossible to explain. This family is salt-of-the-earth, which can be hard to find. Be sure to ask for the breakfast sandwich too, which is to die for! Questions were quickly answered. Requests were immediately taken care of. All the little details that Lidiana added made the visit extra meaningful. If you want a real "Tico" Costa Rica experience and are looking for a taste of what the rainforest and culture here have to offer, then look no further.

We absolutely loved our stay at Karla’s house on the river! It was absolutely beautiful, amazing yard for the adults to relax and children to play. Karla gave us the perfect restaurant & market recommendations, absolutely perfect stay & location.

preciosa casa muy bien ubicada, muy bien cuidada y muy moderna. El baño genial..Lavadora y secadora muy rápidas y muy efectivas que nos vinieron fenomenal, a 5 minutos andando los supermercados y restaurantes de las afueras de La Fortuna . A 5 minutos en coche el centro de La Fortuna. Solo echaria en falta una mesa de comedor. Gracias Gabriela por tu atención y amabilidad..Pura vida
