A true gem in the Pacific. Definitely Villa Reyes is an absolute paradise of relaxation. You can hear the birds sing, the leaves of the palm trees wave. Is so peaceful that fills your spirit. You can take long walks by the beach, at sunset, or just relax, read a book listening the waves break and enjoy life! The villa also has all the modern amenities like wifi and smart tv so you can enjoy a movie at night, is really perfect!!

Unas vacaciones inolvidables!!! Arturo excelente, en todo momento estuvo al pendiente de nuestras necesidades, una persona muy amable y servicial, la casa hermosa superó nuestras expectativas, mucho mas bonita que en las fotos, muy amplia, todos los servicios al 100, el climas funcionando, agua caliente todo el dia, la cocina super funcional, la alberca perfecta, el internet muy bueno, la vista al mar y demas paisajes muy bonitos, la casa muy limpia, todo muy bien, sin ninguna duda la volvemos a rentar en un futuro, la recomiendo al 1000%

Jeff’s place is amazing! It’s truly a beach front property and the fact that you can go from your private backyard and pool to the ocean in just a few steps sets it apart from many other properties we’ve visited. It is also situated in real Mexico free from the tourist crowds and overpriced attractions. Jeff was a great host and his helpful and considerate demeanor combined with all the comfort of a private residence made us feel like we were visiting our own vacation home. Whether a family vacation or an adult only adventure we definitely plan to come back.

Gran lugar para unas vacaciones súper relajantes. Fui con la familia en semana santa y a diferencia de la mayoría de playas en la Riviera Nayarit, acá estaba súper tranquilo. Prácticamente disfrutamos de kilómetros de playa para nosotros solos. El lugar es espectacular, y cuenta con todas las amenidades necesarias para pasarlo increíble. La zona del grill fue mi favorita, me encantó la tarde de asado frente al mar. Los atardeceres en la playa son fantásticos! Es super recomendable llegar con todo lo necesario en cuanto a despensa, ya que un viaje por provisiones es mínimo de 40 minutos debido a que el trayecto desde la carretera hasta el fraccionamiento es de 30minutos, son aprox 9-10 km de camino de tierra y hay que recorrerlo despacio. En general es un lugar precioso y ampliamente recomendable. Sin duda volveré.

Desde el recibiendo hasta el desalojo de la vivienda la anfitriona Dru nos atendió súper amable, estaba atenta a cualquier duda o situación que se presentara todo el tiempo fue cordial y sobre todo atenta a nuestras necesidades, dudas y recomendaciones. La casa impecable, bastante agradable, tranquila y con muy buen espacio para pasarla en familia, la alberca climatizada, y la cocina muy bien equipada, los cuartos suficientemente amplios y limpios para dormir cómodo, en general que buena estancia!. En cuanto a la playa, es una maravilla, puedes ingresar sin problema alguno, es muy tranquila y familiar. Sin duda alguna volveremos a casa Alessandra con toda la confianza de que la pasaremos bien y que la anfitriona Dru nos recibirá y atenderá de maravilla y sobre todo que te hace sentir como en tu casa.

Beware the dirt road on the first time in. Use Applemaps for the road to Playa Las Tortugas. Once there the place is amazing. Aery private, it is like having a full resort to yourself. The staff is incredibly helpful. We had lunch every day, a machete for coconuts, and make sure to ask them to set up a fire on the beach. Swim across the Estuary and eat a Cafe Ruiz. The surf break is fantastic and totally empty. Seriously, I cant wait to go back.

Jill is an excellent host who is both helpful and friendly without being intrusive. Her home is beautifully situated on a hillside, offering lovely views. We booked the studio, but she kindly upgraded us to room #4 when the TV didn't work. Both accommodations were well-appointed, quiet, and comfortable. The bed is AMAZING! The town has a sense of rapid growth. There are many hotels and large Airbnb homes, but the infrastructure is struggling to keep up. The dirt roads are filled with large potholes and puddles. There are several restaurants in the hotel zone; most serve breakfast and lunch, closing by 6 PM, leaving only a few choices for dinner. The fantastic beach is about a 10-minute walk, or half a mile away, where you can find several ramada-style restaurants that are happy to accommodate you for the day, either by charging for the table or by requiring you to order lunch or drinks.

el departamento está perfecto. Amplio, completamente limpio, todo en excelentes condiciones, muy bien ubicado, los utensilios de buena calidad. La ubicación muy tranquila, con acceso a restaurantes y otras amenidades. Ademas el anfitrión muy atento y desde el primer momento se comunicó para hacernos sentir como en casa. En resumen lo recomiendo completamente en calidad y precio

This is a great find. This home a huge, very modern and clean. Ulises is indeed a super host. He is very responsive. We stayed there while in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot. We stayed for 4 days with my wife and 2 children.This place was great. It is on the nicer side of town, super clean and safe. If you are visiting Tepic, stay here you are a short drive into the the city. Additionally, there is a pharmacy and mini-mart walking distance from this home. Washer and Dyer, kitchen, and showers are great in this place. I highly recommend this place and while you are there, take a drive to San Blas! Only about 45 mins away and a GREAT day trip.

Absolutely felt like a peaceful family vacation where we lost track of time . I asked Imelda, the lady who cleans the house if they had something like Uber eats and she shared with me a phone number to call for food deliveries by the local restaurants or supermarkets if we didn’t feel like driving out to the town. We sure used it because we wanted to enjoy the house itself and our pool. The beach “Chacalilla”, is beautiful and we also enjoyed the beach club.

We enjoyed our stay. Felt really safe with the gated area. The kids enjoyed the swing and playing on their property. Everything was super clean and very spacious, well lit. Washer/dryer was a plus. Hosts and husband were very friendly. Definitely returning.

Visa Encantada is a beautiful serene place with a fabulous pool area overlooking the ocean. Our group met at the pool deck under the umbrella tables for Happy Hour each day which ended with the amazing and varied sunsets.There is a pickleball court and an exercize room. Two short walks are to the waterfall (in season) & to the meditating rocks. If you like hiking , 30 minutes will take you to Rock Beach or Cave Beach. The hike to Chacala Beach is longer (50 minutes) but worth it. If you are a shopper, a party animal or a beach activity/fun lover, this is not the place for you. If you want relaxation , a quiet place surrounded by beauty and the sounds of birds, this is for you. A car would give you lots of options.
