Casa Voz del Mar (Voice of the Sea) quite literally, lives up to it’s name. Under the beautiful, shaded palapa or the sunny lower deck, you will feel immersed in the sounds of the sea. The home boasts stunning views of the Pacific Ocean from every room and is located in the private and safe community called Punta el Custodio on the Riviera Nayarit. Voz del Mar is for guests who want an easy going vacation with emphasis on comfort without extravagance, which makes it perfect for family, friend or surf groups who just want a place to kick back and relax. The entrance is surrounded by jungle foliage which welcomes you into a central open-plan kitchen and lounge space. Unique to some other homes, the lounge space can be fully enclosed if desired. However, Voz del Mar is really about outdoor living. The gorgeous terrace with traditional palapa roof is where you will live your vacation. You’ll enjoy meals prepared in the fully equipped kitchen, which boasts ample work surfaces and a breakfast bar. An all-inclusive meal planallows you to enjoy your vacation while your meals are prepared by our trusted and caring housekeeper/chef Vicky, who speaks fluent English. The palapa covered patio leads out to the private pool on one side as well as a 1000 square feet of lower sun terrace with loungers on the other. The view of the ocean from these outdoor living areas is incomparable. Watch whales and dolphins pass by but also enjoy the privacy awarded by the prime location within the community. Each bedroom has an ocean view, sounds of the waves crashing below and premium bedding, perfect for wonderful rest. Two bedrooms are within the main house with the third bedroom (casita) situated priavtely at the lower terrace level. The accommodations sleeps six guests comfortably. Each bedroom features fitted wardrobes and en suite bathroom with walk-in shower. Air conditioning and ceiling fans keep the bedrooms cool during the heat of summer. Relax on one of our lounge chairs with a good book and a freshly prepared juice. Enjoy the sound of the Pacific breeze rustling through tropical plants and hummingbirds flitting happily around. Then cool off in our private infinity pool, watching the waves crash against the cliffs. Another favorite game is to watch how closely the pelicans fly, why are they always going north in the morning but south in the afternoon? The patio is furnished with a dining table and chairs that seat 8 guests comfortably. Perfect for watching the dramatic sunset with an aperitif, followed by dinner under the stars. Casa Paraiso

As you enter Casa Paraïso, formerly known as Casa Iguana, through its garden door, the first thing that you notice is breathtaking view of the Pacific Ocean. The beautiful round palapa living and dining room opens to a wide view of the tip of Punta El Custodio with its magnificent 400 year old fig tree, the wide horizon with its seabirds and spouting whales, and the headlands of Punta Gorda and San Blas. The living room is a large and charming space, decorated with contemporary Mexican art, with brilliant flowers and with several groupings of comfortable furniture. You’ll group together in comfort or do their own things; there is ample space for it. Seaward, the living room opens onto a terrace, high on the cliff, where you can sunbathe, catch the sea breeze, watch the restless surf or plunge into an amazing infinity pool. There is no better place to sit, drink in hand and watch one of our magnificent sunsets, or the brilliant stars. There are three bedrooms, each with its own full bathroom and king-size beds. Two of these face on the sea and honor it with expansive windows. You will be lulled to sleep by the murmuring of the waves. The third bedroom has a delightful balcony view of the adjoining little park and on the opposite end a large window that faces the sea. Each bedroom has its own air-conditioning unit and the living room is cooled by a ceiling fan and the cool sea breezes. The kitchen is fully equipped and is separated from the living room only by a bar/counter. If you cook for yourselves, you will always be right there with your party. If you choose not to cook, you’ll be able to enjoy the delicious fragrance of your upcoming feast as Lupita skillfully prepares it for you. You will be able to grab beers or snacks or mix margaritas right there. Lupita, the housekeeper or ama de llaves is the real treasure of Villa Paraïso. Villa Exotica is located in a private small gated community of Punta Custodio in the town of Platanitos. Punta Custodio has only 14 houses and shares a sprawling newly renovated swimming pool that overlooks the ocean. Platanitos is a short walk away and consists of beach front restaurants specializing in Mexican Seafood, it is not a residential town, so Villa Exotica is exclusive and remote without being isolated. It has 2 bungalow-type areas. Each of this area has 2 queen beds and 3 bedrooms with a king size bed each and a third floor terrace with a jacuzzi as a common area. Parking for 1 car. The laundry area is designed to receive between 14 and 20 people. The bungalows are for 4 adults and two children and the rooms for two adults and one child because all the areas have a sofa bed. The house is located on a quiet street about a 10 minute walk to Matanchen Beach, one of the longest and sandiest beaches in the area. The ocean view pool is private, as is the whole house. Aticama is the little fishing town where the house is located, and stores and restaurants are within walking distance. A car is recommended as you will have increased mobility during your stay.
