Highly recommended. the apartment is much better than what you see in the photos, very clean and spacious, definitely worth every weight and I will wash it again. its terrace is a very big plus. undoubtedly the best thing is the attention they have at all times and the practicality of things you occupy. the best Airbnb that eh rented, I recommend it with closed eyes. thank you so much for all the attention.

The place is exactly as the ad says. lRicardo and Mary are people who welcome you and are on the lookout for anything that is required. We would definitely like to come back as it's a place of rest and that's what we were looking for!

I would stay again, I thought it was a very good location and it is also a place to rest and disconnect from the city. It is very close to the beach and also to practice fishing. I really wanted that vacation and I left wanting more days.

Perla is an excellent host; the price is affordable; it's a few blocks from downtown (8 to 10 minutes walk). I've been at this place before and I will use it whenever I visit Tepic

Casa Buena was very peaceful and beautiful. The area is private but close enough to some convenience stores and restaurants incase you needed something. We all loved the rooms, living room, outdoor area and the beautiful garden they have. It’s very spacious for large families to eat together inside or outside. The pool is relaxing and with an amazing view of the beach and with its own sitting area by the pool as well. They have multiple fridges for your convenience and essentials for kitchen/bathroom. Jane is very helpful with everything. If we needed anything she would bring it to us within the hour or less! Overall we loved our stay and plan on being back very soon.

The location of this property is prime!!! Nothing beats waking up to the Pacific Ocean and being lulled to sleep by ocean waves. You also see plenty of pelicans and other birds. This house is worth all the stars for its’ view and location. On the inside, the house has pretty architecture and a nice inner patio, where you can see several iguanas, but the rooms and the furniture are a little old and could benefit from a little update. That being said, the house generally matches the photos, and the oldness of the rooms is quickly forgotten when you step out to see the ocean! We had a lovely time on the Pacific coast!

Excellent option to go with family and/or friends to see beautiful sunsets, enjoy an excellent view, near the place you will find a store 5 minutes before arriving and about 10 minutes before the town where you can find different food places and shops.

Everything was perfect with this place except AC in the upstairs rooms would’ve been nice.

Everything was very good and comfortable! I went with my family and we were all satisfied and grateful for the stay, I recommend it!!

Our stay was very pleasant for 7 adults and 1 baby, the beds are comfortable in the 3 bedrooms and it has everything you need to prepare food and feel at home. They were very helpful to us at all times. They recommended places to eat and visit. Thank you!

The house is very spacious, with plenty of living spaces ideal for a large group. The location is sensational and the experience with kayaks abroad was truly magical. There are a few details that could be improved but overall I would recommend the stay 100% and worth it for what you pay.

The house is just like the photos, it has everything you need for a good stay. We found it clean, tidy and we loved the detail of the basket with some basics, which we had not received in other Airbnbs. He was always attentive to our messages, as he answered us right away. We would definitely return to Juan's house on our next visit to Tepic.

everything was excellent, a very nice place, pool 10/10, adequate space, it is pet friendly although they charge a fee per night that is not expensive the only unpleasant thing was the streets surrounding the place, all of them were very ugly
