This accommodation project is a gem for travelers who like nature, with the advantages and comforts of having a house with new appliances and beds to rest. Gordon and Henrriette are people of great human quality, it was a pleasure to meet them. The place offers the privilege of waking up to the waves and birdsong. In the gardens there are small animals that we must respect, such as small lizards, crabs, and bats (they don't do anything). Safe and fenced place to go with pets.

The place has an amazing view, the room is quite comfortable and cozy. The super well equipped kitchen, we had everything we needed. It has a restaurant almost next door for special dinners between the family. The deck is an unexpected extra, to live together and enjoy the scenery. I definitely think about coming back in the new year.

A true gem in the Pacific. Definitely Villa Reyes is an absolute paradise of relaxation. You can hear the birds sing, the leaves of the palm trees wave. Is so peaceful that fills your spirit. The villa also has all the modern amenities like wifi and smart tv so you can enjoy a movie at night, is really perfect!!

Jeff’s place is amazing! It’s truly a beach front property and the fact that you can go from your private backyard and pool to the ocean in just a few steps sets it apart from many other properties we’ve visited. It is also situated in real Mexico free from the tourist crowds and overpriced attractions. Jeff was a great host and his helpful and considerate demeanor combined with all the comfort of a private residence made us feel like we were visiting our own vacation home. Whether a family vacation or an adult only adventure we definitely plan to come back.

From the time we were welcomed until we left the house, the host Dru treated us very kindly. She was attentive to any questions or situations that arose. She was always cordial and above all attentive to our needs, questions and recommendations. The house is impeccable, quite nice, quiet and with very good space to spend with the family, the heated pool, and the kitchen is very well equipped, the rooms are spacious and clean enough to sleep comfortably, overall a good stay! As for the beach, it is wonderful, you can enter without any problem, it is very quiet and family-friendly. We will definitely return to Alessandra's house with complete confidence that we will have a good time and that the host Dru will welcome us and take care of us wonderfully and above all that she makes you feel right at home.

The house is in a beautiful spot up on the hill. It's a bit of a walk to get to anything but some food can be delivered. It's a little bit of a strange layout which was unexpected - you have to go out of the main area and around to get to the second bedroom/bathroom and pool. Overall it was private and calm but we could hear amplified noise from the beach. Make sure to let them know ahead of time when you're arriving because they have to meet you with the key.

The cabin is beautiful in an ecological reserve. It's a beautiful setting. You can see the sea from the balcony. The beach in front is nice for swimming. The interior of the cabin is very comfortable with everything you need in the kitchen. There is hot water in the bathroom. It is a very private and very comfortable space.

Beware the dirt road on the first time in. Use Applemaps for the road to Playa Las Tortugas. Once there the place is amazing. Aery private, it is like having a full resort to yourself. The staff is incredibly helpful. We had lunch every day, a machete for coconuts, and make sure to ask them to set up a fire on the beach. Swim across the Estuary and eat a Cafe Ruiz. The surf break is fantastic and totally empty. Seriously, I cant wait to go back.

The location of this property is prime!!! Nothing beats waking up to the Pacific Ocean and being lulled to sleep by ocean waves. You also see plenty of pelicans and other birds. This house is worth all the stars for its’ view and location. On the inside, the house has pretty architecture and a nice inner patio, where you can see several iguanas, but the rooms and the furniture are a little old and could benefit from a little update. That being said, the house generally matches the photos, and the oldness of the rooms is quickly forgotten when you step out to see the ocean! We had a lovely time on the Pacific coast!

A getaway just as I expected, away from everything, we brought what we needed to eat, I even brought my utensils but the kitchen is super-equipped, Karina was always attentive, we asked her for a few things and she brought them to us without a problem. We would definitely come back, a place in complete privacy and my children enjoyed it just as much as we adults.

Casa Karina is just like it is described on the website. Jenny (remotely) and Gabriel (in person) were superb hosts. The view of the house, the house itself, its garden and pool are just perfect. We will be back!

An excellent beachfront accommodation, with large spaces and excellent distribution for large groups and has everything you need while you stay. In the parking lot the cars are safe. There is a restaurant on the side where you can buy food and a super market that sends you home what you need what makes a very comfortable stay. Highly recommended

Excellent service from the person who welcomed us. He was already waiting for us at the house at check-in time. He left everything ready for our stay, and explained very well how everything worked in the house. As for the cleanliness, impeccable and very nice. The house is magnificent, it has everything, it is perfect for spending time with the family, I would rent it again and I will certainly do so. You can hardly be on the house's beach, it depends on the time and how the sea is, but the view is incredible, it's close to everything. We really liked it.

Its just a few minutes away from the beach. We’d be happy to stay the next year during the next mtb competition that brought us to Nayarit.

Very quiet and pleasant place, with access to the beach in the place or to go to beaches that are very close. A car is necessary to go shopping for groceries. The relationship with my host Adriana was very cordial, accessible and pleasant. I hope to return soon to that beautiful little corner!
