My experience in this stay was excellent. The place was spotless, comfortable, and conveniently located. Mrs. Norma was very friendly and helpful at all times. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

My family and I had a fantastic 16 days. Mrs. Milva was attentive at all times that we were comfortable and there was excellent communication with her. The place is beautiful; a five-minute walk from the shore of Ypacaraí Lake. Of course, it is far from the city, it is essential to have a vehicle to be able to move around the lake area. Finally, all the maintenance staff in the development were super friendly, from the security guards to the pools and gardeners. We give it five stars without any hesitation.

Highly recommended, the house is a 10, comfortable with all the amenities to stay a few days and feel at home. Sergio, the owner, is a genius, perfect and quick communication. We came to see Racing in the South American final and we took the cup, so come and stay here!

Our stay was great. The house is excellent, comfortable and had everything we needed. The pool is very good. We were made to feel very welcome. Whenever we needed the host José we responded promptly.

The apartment is very comfortable and has everything you need for both short and long stays. For longer stays, just keep in mind that storage space is somewhat limited. There is 24-hour reception, a great rooftop terrace with plenty of seating and chill-out areas, as well as a pool and a barbecue. We always enjoy coming back here. Communication with Ruben and his team is always easy and pleasant.

Great place with a beautiful pool, with a view. A cozy apartment with a good king size bed, smart TV and good air conditioning. Super hot water, excellent. The cinema room is phenomenal, as is the barbecue area. Friendly and attentive staff. I would return to this place. Recommended.

John was very helpful and attentive and I couldn't have wished for a better host. the apartment building is new and very comfortable. the wifi was fast, and John had a backup for us the one time the internet was down. I plan to stay here again! 5/5

The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures: impeccable and with clean note 10. Everything is super new, and the shower is just amazing! The space is fully equipped, with attention to every detail to ensure comfort. Our stay was excellent, and we will definitely return! In addition, host Laura was extremely attentive, providing all the clear instructions on the location, check-in and operation of the apartment. I highly recommend!

The apartment was great and the location really convenient. Biggie (convince store) was good for stocking up on essentials. The apartment and entire building were clean. The building was quiet with no disruptive noise. We especially enjoyed the shared rooftop pool with amazing views over Asuncion.

The apartment is tastefully decorated and a lot of attention to detail. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, and the living room with integrated kitchen is super bright and nice – ideal for rest and relaxation. Everything went perfect. Elke was very nice and flexible with the check-in time, which is very much appreciated. I'm glad I was able to stay at this place. I definitely recommend it to those looking for a quiet, well-kept and energy-filled space.

Matheus and the team were great hosts! The apartment is equipped for long-term stays and you have everything you need within the complex. I had a comfortable stay!

We have seen many apartments, but this one stands out particularly positively (quality of the furnishings, cleanliness, tasteful style of the interior and much more). Although it is comparatively expensive, I would come back.

Marina's place was very nice, comfortable beds and with everything you need for a short or long term stay. Jessica the manager was very friendly, always helpful and even carried my luggage up the spiral staircase. It was very clean and quiet for the most part although one neighbor did like to play his music quite loud sometimes (but if you're in a downstairs unit it's not really a bother. It's located in a town called Nemby, a suburb of Asuncion which meant a lot less traffic, there's lots of buses to get to the center and locally there's lots of markets to shop so I found it suited my needs perfectly. So if you're looking for a place outside Asuncion but easily accessed by bus then I highly recommend staying at Marina's apartments ;?)
