Alpe Aurelio-Hut Lake Maggiore Cabin

Characteristic hut located in a high mountain pasture (7 huts)at 1000 meters above sea level. Reachable only on foot in 40 minutes from the village of Miazzina (VB) by an easy path.Allows to enjoy the wild atmosphere of the nearby Val Grande Park and offers an outstanding view over Lake Maggiore.The hut is equipped with a wood boiler providing hot water and with a solar panel producing electricity for lighting and charging electronic devices. In July and August we prefer to have 3 guest or more.

5 rooms available, about 120 m2, homy and relaxing area. Two floors and 4 bed rooms. 1 bathroom and 1 separate toilette. Bed linen and bath towels are all available and included in the price. There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). We have two baby beds, high chair and a basket full of toys available for families with kids. You are welcome!

House furnished and cared for by an architect. Its location, practically in the woods, from where a path starts, and a very short distance from the ski lifts and the ice rink (easily accessible on foot) make it the perfect house both for weekends in nature and for longer periods. The forest (part of the Orobie Alps National Park), rich in porcini mushrooms and wild animals, creates an enchanted atmosphere, and you will be pleasantly awakened by the chirping of birds.

Svizzera -> Ticino -> Airolo -> Nante -> Cucurei The Cucurei cabin was renovated in 2016, and is found 15 minutes by car from the village of Airolo. Located in a secluded area, surrounded by greenery makes it an ideal place to spend the holidays. There is a beautiful panoramic view of the Saint Gotthard Region. It is also a great starting point for walks, bike excursions or celebrations such as birthdays, bachelor and bachelorette parties, Team building, etc.
