Su due livelli con un giardino comune, é attrezzata di una cucina completa, bagno con una doccia generosa, una camera da letto luminosissima con balcone privato, stufa a legna per soggiorni fuori stagione, un divano a letto nella zona living per ospitare al massimo 4 persone.
