Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in San Bartolomeo al Mare

What a beautiful apartment and location. Once we made our way to the apartment from the train station (Carnoles), Marco was waiting for us and showed us around the apartment. Apart from the sunrise over the water every morning, you are literally steps from everything that Menton and Roquebrune-Cap-Martin has to offer. Food shopping, cafes, restaurants, and Coco Fruits are just up the street (Av. Aristide Briand). And just a 15 min. walk along Av. du General de Gaulle and you are in the center of Menton. The Carnoles train station is also a 15 min. walk away. The apartment has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The kitchen is well equipped and the appliances are top notch. The bed is very comfortable and we love falling asleep to the sound of waves. There are even beach chairs for taking to the beach (5 min. walk) should you decide to go for a swim (doable even in February). Any questions we had were answered by the hosts within minutes and they were always available.

Wonderful experience. Apartment beyond the brightest expectations. Impeccable host and always ready for every need. In short, everything is perfect. Highly recommended.

Several thoughtful things were noted upon arrival. Some very basic things like dishwasher soap and a few laundry pods were quite helpful as we were continuing on from elsewhere in France. The kitchen was adequately stocked with/the essentials for cooking (dishes, pans, etc). The only challenge for seniors is that there is no lift. Getting luggage up the stairs was doable but a little challenging because we were on an extended trip with heavy bags. Our stay was most enjoyable. Only recommendations would be a comfortable chair in the living room w/the couch. Thanks for a nice stay!

This is a fabulous location - great for the tennis at Monte Carlo. Having three tennis courts and open air sea water swimming pool was added bonus. I personally loved the walk to the boulangerie every morning along the seafront!! We have stayed in a different apartment in the same building before which was great but Arnaud's place was much better for our needs - we loved it. Arnaud provided us with extremely useful information and helped us with our travel arrangements from the train station to the apartment. Patti was a pleasure to meet and show us to the apartment. Fantastic place - would thoroughly recommend.

In a fabulous location, close to everything, nice view, really good value. Food market just a couple minutes away with a baker/patisserie we visited just about every day. Located off of a lively square but very quiet in the apartment at night. Menton is a beautiful, atmospheric city, and this apartment allows you to experience that to the fullest.

Very pleasant stay in Eugenie's home which is very well equipped (linens, beach equipment, utensils…). We enjoyed the beautiful terrace. The beds are very comfortable and the apartment with 2 bathrooms is perfect for our family with 3 grown children. Underground parking space is a real plus! The welcome by Stephanie is great with plenty of advice and high availability. Thanks again for the lemons🍋!

The location is amazing, apartment is clean and has all the essentials, and Nicola was very responsive and helpful with instructions and recommendations. I recommend the apartment and Finalborgo!

Very good stay! The apartment is in a great location, everything can be reached on foot (beaches, shops, restaurants, etc.) A nice walk via the seaside path Also, close to the train station which makes travel much easier or parking can be complicated (Monaco, Vintimille, etc.) The interior is impeccable, impeccably clean. Jean is friendly and always available to answer any questions. Many touches are available. I would highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a comfortable and conveniently located place to stay!

Celine’s house is a gem! It is absolutely perfect especially for family with small kids. There’s a dream playroom in the house and a good size playground outside. Our kids didn’t want to leave the house! Celine has thought of everything from a welcome gift with wine, drinks, chips and even fresh lemons from her garden to kids’ amenities like high chair, cot, kids cutlery. Her place is also sparkly clean and the view is just gorgeous. I would have given it more than 5 stars if I can!

Cascina Distrutta is a really charming accommodation, well furnished and complete with everything. Comfortable beds, spacious rooms, large bathrooms with recent sanitary ware, fireplaces that create a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the point of forgetting the TV. Marta has always responded quickly and has always been available for any need. For complete information, I leave some additional information that I had initially misunderstood for the benefit of those who will come to stay in the near future: the quadruple in the attic and a double room have the independent bathroom, the other two double rooms have the shared bathroom connected by an antechamber with communicating doors. The sauna (when I am writing this text) costs 30 euros per day and needs the opening and early ignition by the neighbor. A wood box for the fireplace always available from the neighbor costs 10 euros, the soap present in the bathrooms is only the washing machine without shampoo/shower

Absolutely gorgeous place with incredible views. Great location - steps from the beach and also the train. Rutger was extremely helpful & available for communication. We stayed for the tennis tournament and regrettably did not get to spend a lot of time enjoying the gardens, but we definitely hope to be back!

Jean Marc is an excellent and caring host who provides everything his guests could possibly need. The house is a true gem! It's beautiful, and the view is absolutely breathtaking. It's also a great base for exploring all the main points of the French Riviera. If you're still hesitating, make a quick decision :) You won’t regret it. I wholeheartedly recommend it!

Guy's place is perfectly located, close to the old town and right across from Menton public beach. The apartment is perfectly equipped and it lacks nothing. Guy is a super good host, always answered all questions immediately and was very accommodating. We are new users of Airbnb and therefore very positively surprised how great everything worked out. very nice apartment in a quiet area.. not very close to the sea and downtown.., but it is worth it for the tranquility of the area and for the apartment we were very happy with the choice and we definitely recommend it...THANK YOU

We had a lovely stay. Everything was great.Regine is a great host and this is our second time staying in beautiful appartment. Location is great with lovely gardens. It is a bit of an uphill walk to get to appartment, but it kept us fit. There is a bus 3 from market to take you up close to the palace. Have booked to stay again in 2026.

The apartment is spacious and very sunny. It's as described. It is ideally located: next to the sea and local shops. A stone's throw from Carnolès train station to go to Monaco. A special thank you to Mr. R for the in-person welcome and advice on care. We would recommend this listing.

We stayed at Mrs. Vjollca's property during the period March 21-23. We were excited about the smelly environment, brand new, clean, and super cozy. The house can be reached by public transport, by car or on foot from the station. Our apartment was equipped with every comfort. Mr. Ra Vjollca has always been available since our arrival, making herself available for any problems. We recommend this vacation home for all travelers.

the stay at stephane's house was really pleasant, comfortable home and equipped with everything you need, conveniently located for supermarkets and restaurants, I highly recommend it.

Excellent week spent in Muriel's apartment with a very friendly welcome from Corinne. Everything was as described on site. A beautiful city, a beautiful apartment and a huge terrace with sun all day. Once the car is at the parking lot, everything is on foot (shopping, market, restaurants, casino,...) with the nearby train station 11 minutes to Monaco, 13 minutes to Ventimiglia, and buses at the foot of the building if you don't like the train. Perfect for us. ...we did not test the beach because at the end of March it's a bit fair, but for the brave, it's 50 meters from the building.

Giovanni has always been very friendly, kind and ready to accommodate our requests. The house is very well kept, very large spaces, very clean and quiet. The strong point is definitely the location, directly on the sea. I would recommend it and go back right away.
