Everything is fine, the gym gets a lot of sun, and some of the equipment is drying out due to the radiation, however the space is very nice

We absolutely loved our time in Puebla and the Airbnb and particularly the location played a key role in this. It was amazing exploring the local area with so many great places to eat and get a coffee. We loved the local markets in particular. Jess and Carlos met us at check in and kindly provided some water and a few other bits and pieces that made the stay feel more homely. Would stay again

The place is amazing: nice, comfortable, downtown. In the ad it mentioned that there is noise from the construction, but it is almost imperceptible if the windows are closed. Plus, the hosts provide exceptional service.

Overall, it's an apartment that has everything mentioned. The only disadvantage is that it's on the second floor where you have to climb some pretty narrow stairs. Other than that, everything was excellent.

The apartment matched its description perfectly and exceeded my expectations. Its location is ideal - just steps from the San Andrés Zócalo in Cholula, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, yet still reasonably peaceful. Of course, being in Cholula, some ambient sounds like church bells and fireworks are part of the charm and beyond anyone’s control. One thing that stood out was the reliable plumbing and consistent hot water - something that’s often a gamble when traveling, but this place nails it. The large balcony is a highlight, offering a stunning view of La Malinche and ample space, making it an ideal spot for yoga. The other residents in the complex were friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive vibe. The host, Efren, was exceptional - super responsive, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring a great stay. Thanks to him, my experience was truly enjoyable. I’d happily book again!

Excellent place, a very well lit space. From the entrance, the guards are very friendly and communicate with excellent attitude. Daniela is always waiting. Highly recommended

It is a good apartment in Cholula. It is further from the centre, about 15 minute walk but the area felt safe and it is close to the university. Apartment was just as in pictures with great wifi. Vero was very attentive and easy to communicate with.

Super easy and quick to find, with parking, the room and good and comfortable amenities. The service tmbn is very good.
