The villa is beautiful, lots of space, incredibly quiet and very relaxing, the outdoor sound system was a joy and we had a wonderful time. However it is in need of some tlc , the fridge didn’t work, the toilet leaked and many tiles are missing or loose in the pool, which did lead to some cuts and bruises! We were so happy that none of that impacted the quality of our stay, but for the price and listing I think they should invest in a few minor details and upgrades!

We loved our time at Canary Vacation Villa! The apartment itself and the neighborhood are beautiful, with everything we needed to have the best time nearby. Shops, great restaurants (local flavors, including Italian, Chinese, Greek cuisine), amazing beach...every few minutes walk away. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil, the perfect place to relax. Our group of five adults were all very pleased with this villa. We each had a bathroom and the villa was very well equipped. We needed only shampoo, conditioner and face flannels. Everything else was provided. A ten-minute walk down the hill brings you to a SPAR shop with most of the immediate groceries. There is also the Tauro Grill next door to the SPAR that we used for three dinner nights and one lunch time. The food and service are relaxed but excellent and very good value. We did hire a car for the week as we wanted to tour the island a bit (Teror, Las Palmas, Antif Del Mar, Maspalonas) but if you only want to stay in the Mogan/Puerto Rico area then you could just use taxis. There were some minor maintenance issues in the villa but Javier was very responsive and a good communicator. We loved the villa and the whole holiday and would recommend it to anyone.

Had a fantastic stay. The location was absolutely brilliant, and the host Chris was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The space is perfect for groups, with everything we needed for a comfortable and enjoyable visit. Would definitely recommend.

The apartment was clean and as in the pictures. The apartment had all the basic necessities and more. Each room had own air conditioning/heating. The best part of the apartment was the balcony, it is huge, sunny and the view is amazing! The Loma Verde complex was really fine and the pool area was nice. The apartment and the neighborhood are quiet. Joe was a friendly host, he replied fast, the keys were handed over personally, water and wine were waiting for us. The location is on a hill, so there is a lot of climbing... We only missed blackout curtains, a smoke alarm and extinguisher, and "home and neighborhood guidebook". Fantastic two weeks!
