Brilliant stay - really liked the location good supermarket and restaurants in the mall. Having two gyms and two pools is a real plus. Great communication from host.

The photos don’t do justice to how cute and pretty the apartment is. It was squeaky clean. All essentials like toiletries, detergent, fabric softener was provided by the host. The only thing was the duvet which was a bit small for somebody who is astall as my girlfriend is (5’8) but since there were extra blankets provided she managed a comfortable stay nonetheless.

Ein tolles Erlebnis Nuttamas Unterkunft! Zentral und doch ruhig. Sehr gutes Bett, ich hab wirklich prima geschlafen. Das helle blitzsaubere Bad ist riesig und hat überall gute Ablagen für alles was man so an Kosmetik braucht. Die Panorama-Aussicht auf die Stadt ist wirklich grandios und besonders abends wenn alles beleuchtet und ist, kann man sich nicht satt sehen!!! Das Gym ist super ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt und nach dem Training kann man sich in dem Pool mit langen Schwimmbahnen abkühlen. Wenn man abends voller Erlebnisse aus dem quirligen Bangkok wieder einkehrt, empfängt einen eine freundliche Empfangsdame und wohltuende Musik am Aufzug - man entspannt sofort. Der Checkin war mega einfach, komfortabel und unkompliziert. Nuttama ist wirklich immer zu erreichen. Toll ist auch der 7/11 in unmittelbarer Nähe wo man alles bekommt. Und an der Hauptstraße links nur ein paar Meter entfernt finden sich zahlreiche Garküchen, frisches Obst, Kaffee. Danke Nuttama, ich komme wieder!

It was an absolute joy to stay at Krittiya’s place. The apartment photos are accurate. We felt right at home immediately. The building is handsomely appointed and the staff is friendly and professional. Krittiya was an excellent host. The finest imaginable. We cherish our time here and we were so sad to leave. I give Krittiya the highest recommendation. Eleven stars.

Квартира полностью соответствует описанию. Хозяин дал четкие инструкции, поэтому было очень легко найти местоположение и попасть внутрь. В квартире было идеально чисто, чистое белье и полотенца. В квартире всё продумано до мелочей, чтобы путешественники чувствовали себя как дома. Есть стиральная машина, оборудованная кухня, гладильная доска, утюг, фен, аптечка, даже зубные щётки для гостей 🙂. Такое внимание к деталям было очень приятно. Кондоминиум тихий, чистый, ухоженный. Спасибо хозяину за гостеприимство.

Nice apartment, good communication with host and I like this area as a base to explore Sathon, China Town, the riverfront and such.

Kim is a responsive host! We had a lovely time at her place. The place is a little out of the way but grabs are quiet inexpensive. We loved the views! And would recommend staying :)

Ho soggiornato per un mese nell'appartamento e mi sono sentito a casa, c'era tutto il necessario ed anche oltre, non ho dovuto comprare nulla per quanto riguarda la pulizia della casa o personale (c'erano carta igienica, saponi, shampoo, spazzolini, dentifricio ecc). Un bel televisore smart, aria condizionata, lavatrice ed un letto comodissimo. Non ho avuto nessun tipo di problema, l'edificio è ottimo con tutti i servizi indicati. Le aree comuni sono splendide, l'appartamento è ben tenuto, tutto esattamente come in foto. Sotto casa ci sono venditori di cibo, c'è un tempio molto bello da visitare, la metro si raggiunge facilmente in 5 minuti a piedi, tramite lo skywalk si arriva ad un quartiere pieno di streefood in 10 minuti. Il quartiere è tranquillo, un po' distante dal centro ma ben fornito, ci sono grandi mall vicini, ristoranti, bar.

Very nice place in a quiet area. There are also really good restaurants near by. We recommend the soufflé restaurant. We enjoyed our stay a lot. Definitely recommend:)

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! Benny was attentive, helpful, and kind—regularly checking in to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The location is fantastic, with so many great local food options just steps away, and being right next to the BTS made getting around the city super convenient. The swimming pool was beautiful and a great spot to relax, and the room was exactly as shown in the pictures—clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this place to others.

Great place. Clean and quiet! Decent location to the Phra Khanong BTS station if you don’t mind a few minutes walking (about 7-8 mins) but also a shuttle bus if you don’t want to walk. Excellent supply of cleaning things. Easy check in and out. Pleasant and friendly guards and really convenient stores on site. Decent gym and pool on rooftop. Great view from kitchen and bedroom.

I would recommend this place for you who stay longer in Bangkok, the facilities inside the place is really accomodate, provide microwave and stove as well. The bathroom really spacious and clean. The AC is super good, extremly cold. You can feel like you live in your own home. The host need to improve in the detail explanation how to reach the 2N building and also need to provide the address in Thai, so it's easy for us to take taxi

Had a lovely stay! The host was fast and responsive, making communication smooth from start to finish. The house was spotless, very neat, and had such a cute, cozy vibe. They were super accommodating and even checked in to make sure everything was going well and that I had everything I needed. Would definitely stay again!

This accommodation was perfect to end our long asian trip. The apartment itself had amazing views and was very cozy, perfect for relaxing after each busy day. Although the sky pool was not available during our stay, this was clearly mentioned to us by the host and we were also made aware that the pool on the 7th floor was available for us to use instead, which we really appreciated. We were able to utilise the gym which was located at the pool area and was able to cool down at the pool after each activity filled day. Overall, this accommodation was great and was exactly as described one. We really enjoyed our stay at this property.

Lovely condo, very peaceful and quiet.

Our stay at Mints place cannot be faulted, especially for the value. Check in was simple and easy. The view is amazing. The apartment looked just like the photos and even better. We really enjoyed the pool, it was easily accessible and open until 10pm. Fully equipped kitchen was useful. Everything was very clean. Aircon worked well. The location was great, right next to the sky train station which connects you to major parts of the city. The ground floor has lots of shops and restaurants including a 7 eleven! I only wish we could have stayed longer. We will definitely return one day :)

This Airbnb was great! The host was very friendly and accommodating, and the location was perfect. It was close to everything we wanted to see, but it was also in a quiet neighborhood. 10 mins drive to famous night market, waking distance to train station. The apartment was clean and comfortable, and it had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Bangkok

Fantastic modern place with amazing unobstructed panoramic views of The city skyline, great Location, 5 minute walk to the BTS Station, a minute further to Bangrak Central Mall, plenty of street food nearby, plus some lovely restaurants...all in all great base to explore BKK...my only negative was a firm bed, which i found personally a little uncomfortable to sleep on 🙏🙏
