Everything is fine, the apartment corresponds to the description. The apartment is small, but has all the necessary essentials. The pool and the gym are available, you need to pay extra 50 baht for the use of the sauna. It's a bit far from the city center, but you can take a taxi or metro. It would be convenient if the owner of the apartment added the possibility of self check-in.

My family and I had an amazing time staying here. The host has been incredibly responsive even before we checked in and he would reply as soon as possible throughout our stay. Everything is clear, cozy and we felt like home during our stay.

We stayed for couple nights the location is very good and the apartment was well cleaned and spacious the building it self is quite old building but the apartment is nice and looks new We enjoyed our stay here

The accommodation itself is great and there is nothing wrong. Unfortunately, the privacy on the balcony is not at all. In general, however, the stay was very pleasant. However, the host treated me more as an ATM and not as her guest and did not respond to my wishes . Unfortunately, the price of $90 per night + fees is not justified for having a reasonably good view and also the worst from the whole building( on the other sides of the house you can see much more). The sofa bed was also very comfortable ! No 7-Eleven in the building !

It took a while for us to wait for the host to get proper entry to the building for us, though the anticipated arrival time was clearly informed to the host. And she was not responsive to my calls. No apology was addressed to me, as if it is very natural and normal to keep guests waiting for check-in while not being able to contact her. Kawa Haus, and its neighbor residence Hasu Haus, are perfect for holiday stays. Very good services there. The vibe of T77 community is excellent!

The location initially gives you a jolt being in a very down to earth location but which is a 350 yo community close knit friendly clean and bustling around the concepion church and beautiful statue. Once you get to PK’s place you realize what a marvelous piece of heaven he has carved out here and true to his creative spirit designed and maintained it beautifully. I was with friends traveling from around the world who lived and enjoyed the best of the best places and PK’s place with its gorgeous views literally on the water makes for phenomenal coffees and breakfasts ( Grab makes it so easy ) and outstanding sunsets and gorgeous evening lights and parties . Loved the place and really enjoyed our stay Thanks PK for being so responsive and thoughtful in all the little details you provided at check in

Charin is a wonderful and very responsive host. Will recommend this place to my frnds too if they r travelling to Bangkok. Very Nicely managed home. Very near to MRT station. Near to Icon Siam. Walkable to the ferry Pier. Very peaceful place. Very much budget friendly too. Many good salons also at Walkable distance. Everything essential is about 800m to 1km Walkable and very good place. Highly recommended.

Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

I was completely happy with staying at the Canal House. The location was private and reminded me of summer vacation as a kid. The staff were all super friendly and helpful when it came to making plans in the area. I liked being able to walk to several local areas for things to do. I would definitely stay here again in the future.

I'm not really a fan of reviews, as it's often the case that you also have to make negative comments. This is the first accommodation I've booked that was absolutely great. The host's hospitality deserves special mention. I will definitely be back. Thank you, Nancy!

Pretty amazing living environment in Bangkok. Great welcome, particularly warm. Sirichan's family is very kind and available. Very good advice and support during our stay. A huge thank you for this beautiful immersion in the klongs district.

Pat's place is at one of the loveliest location of Bangkok. If you are in Bangkok looking for peace , serenity, tranquility for yourself must visit pat's place. People are so generous and considerate in whole neighbourhood.

The moment I open the window, I fell in love with the scenery. It was hard to capture the beautiful scenery in the picture. Everything including kitchen tools was fully equipped and the owner was always very contactable and tried to help us. The location is 40 to 50 minutes by Grab taxi from Bangkok city center and it was never difficult to catch Grab taxi. There are famous cafes like After the rain,Bubble in the Forest,so it would be nice to visit them togother. I am so happy to have fantastic memories with my mom in the beautiful place. Thank you so much and I would like to visit again soon.

A neat poolside room. Very quiet as 100m from the noisy main street. The owner is quite nice and kind.

I was very happy with my stay the view from the sky pool on the 56th floor was amazing, close to local stores and restaurants. having a 7 eleven on the ground floor was convenient!

It was a pleasure to stay at Runs place! It’s small, but it has everything you need! The amenities in the building are great: it has a very nice pool and also laundry machines are available. The neighbourhood is residential, but great food markets and shops are just around the corner. It’s also well connected to the MTR. Run was very proactive in the communication and super helpful with everything. All in all, would definitely stay there again!

We are so thankfull that Nuy accepted us in an hour at her place ! All clean, very peaceful.

Selena is a really nice host—very responsive and helpful. The apartment has everything you need for a quiet and soothing retreat amidst the chaos of Bangkok. Shops and restaurants are very close by walk.

My wife and I adored the property and location. The Skytrain is within a 15min walk. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. The community is wonderful, everyone is extremely kind and welcoming. Wei is a terrific host and always responded promptly. The property is a well-designed loft apartment with a lot of amenities. It really felt as though Wei and his family tried to make our stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. We extended our stay several times and would absolutely stay again. Wei is a great host and the property is terrific!

We had a great stay at Harry's place in Bangkok. The flat is very spacious and the views are amazing. Its very central location is also a great plus. Thanks for everything!
