The 165-inch TV offers a true cinema experience. Armchairs are always provided with covers and the covers are washed regularly. It is located within a 3- to 5-minute walking distance from the marina, grocery stores, restaurants and bars, tram and bus stops, the hospital, the university, and the beach.
