A stone concept villa made of completely natural stones in Çakallı, Çakallı, the land of Çakallı Menemeni, with a rare view of the forest and nature. 25 km to the center of Samsun, approximately 20 minutes. Our villa is right next to the forest. Our villa, which consists of 2 floors, has 1 suite room with a jacuzzi on the upper floor and 2 bedrooms and a spacious living room+kitchen on the ground floor. There is a separate bathroom on the 2nd floor. It has a large 250 m2 garden and a pool in the outdoor area.
