Cozy country house with beautiful views; detached; surrounded by greenery; 1.5 km from the village; 30-minute drive to the city, in the heart of a hiking area. Large lawn, terrace with views (pergola), fire pit/grill. The house includes a privat 2-room apartment with a separate entrance, not for rent. The access road to the house is a narrow private road with passing places. Winter: a 4WD vehicle is required in snowy conditions! Unfortunately, pets are not allowed due to my severe allergies.

In the beautiful, mostly fog-free Ybrig and the surrounding area, you will find everything to enjoy your vacation, e.g. skiing in the nearby Hoch-Ybrig and Oberiberg ski resort, cross-country skiing in the neighboring village of Studen-Unteriberg, snowshoeing. Bike and hiking tours, as well as swimming in the indoor pool Unteriberg or the Alpamare in Pfäffikon-Schwyz, which can be reached from us in 30 minutes by car.

The apartment is located in a holiday home in a quiet location with a large garden directly above Lake Lucerne in historic central Switzerland and is located on the "Path of Switzerland" close to the leisure and bathing complex SwissHolidayPark in the ski and hiking area Stoos. The apartment is located directly on Lake Lucerne. No public path or road lies in between. Balcony with magnificent lake view, private terrace directly on the lake and private lake access. Lucerne is about 40 km away and can be reached by car, bus, train and also by boat. Zurich is about 70 km away. Tourist tax and final cleaning are included in the price.
