Condo vacation rentals in Samrong Nuea

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The free gym and pool was so nice to have, we went everyday! The wifi in the apartment was amazing and we could work online without any problems. Hot water and electricity is included in the price! Tops convenience store is just around the corner and Lotus supermarket is a short 10mins walk away. We can definitely recommend this place!

Run was an excellent host. The apartment and building itself is a fantastic base if you want to stay in Nonthaburi. Furthermore, the MRT is literally 40-50 metres from the building. From there you can take trains all the way around Bangkok. There are heaps of amenities around like Big C, Tops, gyms and 7/11s. I really liked this place and I would consider living in this building long term.

The room is in a very busy area, the apartment is very well serviced, the room is full of amenities, great value for money

Max’s apartment was spacious and equipped with everything you might need. Location was amazing - near a park, BTS station and shopping district but still quiet and peaceful! The biggest disappointment was the pool area which was very “unfinished” and had no shades nor chairs where to chill. Host was very helpful and responsive

Had a wonderful stay at this beautiful, modern condo. The space was bright with large windows. The location is a short walk to Ari station for easy BTS access, with access to local street food, restaurants and coffee shops. The kitchen was well-equipped and perfect for cooking. Our host greeted us warmly on arrival, was very responsive throughout, and even helped us recover a couple items we accidentally left behind. Would stay again!

it was a great place to stay, we have stayed there about a week, it is very close to thong lo bts station, therefore you can easily use public transport to get around between the most popular places. there are also lots of good thai and japan food places, and big shopping center and convenience stores nearby. the condo had everything we needed during our stay, we had no problem, also our host was very helpful and responsive

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

It was a place I stayed for Songkran, and the room condition was so good for the price that I liked it very much. The interior was spotlessly tidy, clean, and the staff was friendly. I would like to stay again if I visit Bangkok again next time.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

Ami and her team were very friendly host and made our stay very memorable. They were helpful und always responded very quickly. The apartment was spotless and had all we needed. The rooftop infinity pool has an amazing view! In Bangkok you do have to travel a little bit around town generally, luckily the metro station is really close. I would gladly comeback in the future.

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

Salvatore and dannie were very responsive and friendly. The place was clean and spacious for a family of 4. This is the 2nd time we stayed at Salvatore’s. Definitely will be back again.

What a fantastic stay at Srilaksana’s place! This condo has everything you need for a stay in Bangkok. The pool is even more beautiful than the pictures, the gym is great, you can get a full workout in. The staff are all friendly, we always took the BTS when we went into the city as it comes often and it’s right outside the condo. Our host would always reply immediately for any questions. Thanks so much for the lovely stay here, we really appreciate everything! Also the grab food pickup point is so nice! You just order, go downstairs and the food is safe in a box.

Miu Miu's apartment was a solid stay in terms of comfort and convenience when staying in Bangkok. The apartment itself is ideal for a couple and contains all the modern amenities you'd need for a short stay. The general facilities at the top of the building are amazing and made the stay worth it. The keyless entry and face scan are perfect for quickly accessing the accommodation. The location is good but not ideal if you enjoy walking through the city as you still need to trek through gritty areas and busy streets to get to main attractions or public transit. If you're driving or hailing a cab then it's no problem. Only other thing worth calling out is that the building technically doesn't allow short term rentals so you'll need to act like you're staying there long term and you'll feel obligated not to interact with other guests for risk of being caught.
