Villa Batu is a beautiful place to stay in the Puglia area. Two wonderful big bedrooms, and a great kitchen with lots of useful utensils (most well equipped kitchen we have stayed in). The outside area was really the star of the show though; there were multiple areas to sit to capture the sun throughout the whole day. A wonderful outdoor dining area, sun loungers and comfy seats throughout. The pool was superb. The location is peaceful, quite and serene. Would highly recommend a car as there aren't any shops/restaurants, etc. within walking distance nor any buses. Note for future guests - use Google Maps to navigate to 'Villa Batu' (it takes you directly there). Ilaria, the host, was excellent - responsive to communication, kind and helpful. And Michele, the caretaker, was also very helpful and good communication. Thank you for such a wonderful stay. Would highly recommend this wonderful location and Villa Batu - it really is one not to miss!

Gabriele, Giovanni and their sister were extremely generous and hospitable hosts. Very friendly and kind. Very warm welcome with a nice tour of the house and surroundings, explaining how everything worked. They really did everything to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The house itself is very nice. Properly equipped kitchen. Spacious bedroom with a soft bed. Beautiful surroundings around the house and from the outside terrace, where it’s nice to have a coffee or breakfast, there is a nice view of the sea. Pool area great, with lounge chairs and a nice sitting area. Paolo has lots of good local recommendations for beaches and what to visit. At the house, There are also umbrellas available to take to the beach, which is a nice touch because it allows you to go to the free beaches. Overall highly recommend! A great base to explore valle d’itria!

Perfect place for a family. We had just 4 nights at Leo’s place and we were not disappointed. He returned messages promptly and any questions he responded with the correct information. On arrival the check-in was pretty simple. Automated pedestrian and vehicle gates. And once inside we were very pleased with the house. All pictures are correct and we half knew what to expect. It was also good to put our three boys downstairs while we had the upstairs room. Although one room downstairs wasn’t a proper room, it didn’t affect the boys at all. And there were two bathrooms downstairs to look after the three bedrooms. There was clean bedding, towels and also plenty of pool towels too - along with a football for the small astroturf 2 minutes walk away. The kitchen was stocked well with tea, paper towels, clingfilm, foil, sugar, bin bags and there was filtered water from the tap. There was also a great bean to cup coffee machine with milk frother - so great for morning coffees on the veranda.

Lovely Villa to stay! Very spacious, modern and luxuriously furnished, making us feel completely at home. The villa is located in a quiet area, so you have complete privacy. Within 15 minutes you are in Ostuni or other nice places in the area. Comfortable beds by the pool, and various seats outside. We were with four people, but also with six you can stay here fine and there is plenty of space. The decor is great, beautiful furniture and art on the wall, we enjoyed it here!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was beautifully designed, spotless, and fully equipped with everything we needed. The peaceful surroundings and lovely backyard made it really special. The hosts were so friendly and responsive. We already miss it and would love to come back!

We stayed in the B&B for two days and had a great time. The property is very nice and located in a very quiet area within the historic center. Girolamo was super courteous and helpful with us, he always made sure we didn't miss anything and during check-in he explained everything to us in detail.

Accommodation is stylish and brimming over with eclectic bric a brac. The apartment has everything needed, including a great location. The only thing we missed was a smart TV for watching all those fabulous movies filmed in gorgeous locations in Italy. Accommodation is perfect for a couple who sleep together. There is a second bed for 2 friends travelling, however guests should be aware that the ceiling in the second room is quite low. Fabrizio, the Manager, is definitely Jewel in the Crown of The Photographer's House. He is a charming and authentic host with outstanding customer service skills and excellent communication. His willingness to ensure our stay was perfect was impressive.

Gianvito's place was simply amazing! staying in a trullo was an exceptional experience while visiting Alberbello - it is walkable distance from the town centre. The bed and linen were outstanding we had a really great sleep there, would deffo recommend to others!

If we could give 6 stars, we would! 🤩 The place is really nice, super tastefully and modernly renovated and in a great environment. We slept wonderfully, relaxed in the sunny outdoor areas and cooked well. Anna and Alessandro are super nice and helpful people who gave us a lot of privacy and yet were always available. The accommodation is great for excursions to the surrounding cities or to the beach. The cuddly cat of the house was an additional highlight for us 🥰

The Art View Luxury accommodation was absolutely perfect for us. We truly felt comfortable and at home. Some days I did not want to leave the apartment because I was so comfortable and relaxed. The wonderful aroma in the apartment is so calming! The artifacts decorating the apartment are so unique and compliment the beauty in each room. The apartment was immaculately clean! And last but not least , our wonderful host Dario could not have been more accommodating and supportive during our entire stay. From the moment we arrived, he met us at the door, helped us with our luggage and explained everything in the apartment. Whenever we needed anything, just messaged him and within minutes we had our answer. The size and location of this place is unbeatable! I would absolutely recommend this place! It made our week stay in Bari an absolute perfect vacation!

Fantastic flat with beautiful terrace - a wonderful place to stay in the Sassi area of Matera.Tudor could not have been more helpful and we used his parking space and he gave us a lift to and from the flat when we arrived and left. He even brought us croissants in the morning. I would thoroughly recommend a stay at this beautiful place

A small cottage that looks like a luxury cabin, simply wonderful, full of charm close to the beautiful OSTUNI and in the heart of Puglia. Everything was impeccable, beautifully decorated, extremely neat. Olenka was a thoughtful host (yes, it's nice to have water for her stay, a small package of pasta and enough to have breakfast the morning of her arrival; and it's nice to have a little message in the middle of the stay to see if everything is going well and if you need anything). In short, what to say? That everything was perfect and that our only regret was not staying more. A big thank you to Olenka for hosting us and see you next time. Marina

Perfect Stay in a Cozy and Convenient Location! We had a fantastic experience staying at Pietre in Aria, Francesco’s place. The room was spotless, well-decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was cozy, and we appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary coffee, water, toiletries. The location was perfect—just a short walk from great restaurants, shops and a good point to explore Matera, Alberobello,Ostuni, Lecce, Monopoli, Polignano a Mare. Despite being so central, the area was quiet at night, so we had a great night’s sleep. Francesco was incredibly friendly and responsive, offering great local tips and ensuring we had everything we needed. Check-in and check-out were seamless. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

This place is a true gem ! Excellent location in a nice quiet area. The old town, restaurants, cafes etc are easily accessible by walking. The place has everything you need, very clean and very comfortable. Anna and Roberto were more than willing to help if we needed anything, but everything needed was already provided. Incredible old school apartment with class and charm. It sits right outside the fishing port and you are steps away from the beautiful Adriatic Sea. The apartment itself is spacious and offers plenty of room, with all amenities you would need. Stay here if you want to feel at home!

Cosimo and his wife made us so welcome on arrival and throughout our stay. The Trulli is beautiful inside and out, and has been decorated with love. Extremely clean and tidy with all the amenities you need for a stay away. The location is peaceful, but great for using as a central base to travel around Puglia. We have had the most amazing five days here and would highly recommend. Highly responsive to any questions. The family even booked a table for us and arranged a taxi to and from a local restaurant. Thankyou so much for everything, we hope to be back again one day. Fabulous memories made. x
