5 minutes from Plaza Batan, private security, close to banks, shopping centers. Private pool, you'll be very comfortable. A few meters away you will find restaurants and businesses that you might need, it is a quiet development without many houses, ours is at the entrance, very easy to get to. The pool has a waterfall and a grill that includes charcoal. I'll be happy to help you with anything you need. We can issue an invoice if you wish, and cleaning is included free of charge during your stay.

Safe, private bathroom with hot water and air conditioning. The building has private parking and wifi everywhere. It has access to a terrace with tables and chairs We only rent to a single passenger (we do not accept two people in the reservation). Visits of any kind are prohibited.

Undoubtedly the opportunity to stay in this suite was one of the most nutritious experiences I have had in my life. Said space is very cozy, it contains everything one needs to spend the night without inconveniences; this added to that you can tour the place where it is safely located, as well as its surroundings, where with ease whether you are with a vehicle or walking, you find places with various services, from a wide variety of exquisite dishes of the country, as well as very nice and friendly people. On the other hand, both the host and his beloved wife always welcome you before any questions with a good disposition and always have the concern that everything is working correctly and that you are very well. So all this as a whole makes the experience even more enriching, and I 100% recommend to anyone who is looking for the best place to live this experience.

The exterior of the villa showcases a modern architectural design with a prominent archway above the entrance. The structure is complemented by two windows on the upper level and neatly manicured grass in the front yard. A stone pathway leads to the front door.

I live outside Ecuador I visited and had a new year with my family, I booked last minute and Antonio was very kind and thoughtful. The house was in a very quiet residential area. I had a new year dinner and Antonio was very understanding, always respecting his rules. I would do it again if I came back to Guayaquil. Katy was the girl who managed the reservation, she also highlighted her kindness and service

Daysy was incredibly kind, patient and respectful to me and the space was rented, the place is close to a mall and has small shops available around it. In general it is safe although the parking is external, I had no incident. Although the space has several opportunities for improvement in maintenance and cleanliness; the cost/benefit ratio was appropriate.
