El apartamento espectacular, muy limpio y Eduardo siempre estuvo atento y recomendó varias actividades y restaurantes, me sentí estupendo en mi estadía.

This apartment is absolutely amazing and so is the customer service provided by the hosts. The view from the room is incredible, what a rare opportunity to see Guayaquil! The place was perfectly clean and the hosts did extra things to make sure I felt welcome. I was treated like family. The building is beautiful and so is the garden over the road. I was able to walk everywhere I needed to go and I felt safe. The employees on the ground floor are friendly too. This is my new favorite place to stay in Guayaquil. I highly recommend you try this place!

Muy contento por tener opciones como estas, para mis estancias en Guayaquil, el espacio es muy bonito y acogedor.

Estuvo todo muy bien. El único percance es que no fue posible usar la piscina por que solo se permite si es una estadía de 7 días. Pero en lo que respecta al departamento estuvo increíble todo. Y Pablo siempre fue muy amable conmigo en mis inquietudes.

Estuvo muy bonito todo, tal como está n la fotos.. Marlene es una persona muy atenta y respondia rápido los mensajes.. excelente opción de hospedaje, de seguro regresaremos!

I’ve been doing Airbnb for more than a decade now, and I can confidently say that Selene is the best host I’ve ever had. Proactive, responsive anytime of the day and friendly. The place was well maintained and kept, felt like a home away from home. Definitely, staying here again when I comeback to Guayaquil!

Una experiencia realmente inolvidable. Desde el momento en que llegamos, todo fue perfecto. La dueña estuvo siempre atenta, asegurándose de que nuestra estancia fuera lo mejor posible; su amabilidad y dedicación son dignas de admirar. El lugar en sí es maravilloso, con una ubicación inmejorable que facilita disfrutar de todo lo que hay alrededor. Excelente para ir en familia. Cada detalle estuvo cuidado al máximo, lo que hizo que no tuviéramos ningún inconveniente durante nuestra visita. Sin duda, lo mejor de todo. ¡Volveríamos sin pensarlo dos veces!
