It was a great place and divakar and jayasri both were great hosts, thanks for letting us stay here and helping out us with all the queries.

we took room during Sankranthi festival, huge festival. most of support staff will be on leave. praveen was able to communicate and helped with address. I felt like place would be better cleaned with staff presence. pricing is also just right. Area is quite ans peaceful, but if you have vehicle, everything is close by else would be little difficult. for food, online service is there too. overall, it's a good recommendation.

location was ok ok but after entering the house it was beautiful,clean and will emmunities. priced twi extra foodavle beds and extra blankets and bed sheets too. Owner Sarat is very responsive and anyime avalaible over phone and text. overall worth for money and highly recommended.

Stay at this location was very amazing and peaceful. The rooms, living area and washrooms are very spacious. Raja uncle and aunty were amazing hosts. Will definitely recommend this to all the families who are looking for an option in Kakinada. Thank you Srikanth for having us.

A slice of a time gone by, this Manduva house is a once in a lifetime experience. The place is gorgeous, well-maintained and the host is super responsive. The village is peaceful, there's a grocery shop right outside the house. One gets to immerse themselves in the slow-living culture, we even got to see the villagers traipsing to the milkman with their cute vessels. The kitchen is well-equipped and all basic amenities are covered. The backyard has many plants and trees with some seats here and there. Every corner of the house is adorned with aesthetic elements, it's a treat to be here through and through. The beds are super comfortable too. Would definitely recommend.

I spent three days at Metla's place and I enJoyed each of them. The accommodations were exactly as depicted in the listing and photos, and the explicit directions sent to me by Metla took me precisely to his home, which I appreciated. He was warmly welcoming and was very available for assistance during my stay because the place was attached to the building where he lived. He provided what I needed to prepare my own meals, and I was grateful for the "little things" (soap, coffee, tea, etc.) that were complimentarily provided. He went out of his way to ensure that I had what was necessary to use the well-equipped kitchen. Without hesitation, I offer Metla's place my highest recommendation. I would be pleased to stay there again if I pass his way another time.
