Then again, Maria’s place did not disappoint. Very clean and the hosts are just the most friendly and accommodating people I’ve met. They always made sure that we had everything we need and that we were having the best time at their place. They also accommodated my last booking and made sure we were settled. I think this is the best apartment you can find in central Ormoc City. It is set up great, especially for longer stays. The pictures are accurate & everything is very clean and works properly. The ocean is ~ 500 M away. Walking into town to the central market is about 1.2 KM. Walking to the Gaisano Mall and/or the SM Mall is 800 M to 1 KM. There is also a sari sari store called the White Market just at the top of the street on the main road, maybe like 100 M. You can buy basic needs there (snacks, drinks, soap, diapers, rice, eggs, milk, load etc). Tricycles are available right at the main road also. There is also a Foodpanda here if you need food delivery. The host Jan has been great to communicate with and is really sweet. The property caretaker Jennlyn is very helpful and takes really good care of the property. She has been awesome to have around & is really sweet and helpful. Overall it has been a really nice stay & I would definitely recommend staying here without hesitation.

Ms Ai and her husband are super nice and their dog is super friendly and a good boy! They are responsive during our stay and came to the flat every now and then to check on us. Definitely would recommend the place for everyone who comes to Borongan City! Absolutely fantastic stay in this is awesome space, feels like we are at home with a relative, our whole stay was very relaxing and comfortable. We are touched by the simple things they put inside the flat like coffee, soap, tissues, gallon of water, they are very thoughtful of our stay. The place was spotlessly clean and had everything you could possibly need! Would def visit again! :)

The place is very nice and cozy, also in a very quite neighborhood, which I like.

The place looks great and aesthetic. It was a little loud during the day by a busy street but peaceful at night. The new construction was great and we were impressed with the size of the place.

We had an incredible 13-day stay at vicky’s place! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and (Just missing an entertainment eg, Smart TV) equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was Ms.Bien’s kindness and how incredibly helpful she was throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her thoughtful gestures made us feel so welcome. From prompt communication to sharing local tips, Bien made our stay absolutely stress-free. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about her guests, Bien is the perfect choice.
