Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Samana Bay

Perla is a delightful host! She clearly communicated directions to the house and info about the electricity deposit. The space was pristine and peaceful at night - construction next door during the day wasn’t really a bother since we were out early. The hot water in the downstairs shower ran out quickly and it was a little too cool at night to use the Picuzzi but otherwise a magical place to stay at the start of our DR trip. Would recommend having a car to get to and from.

Séjour du 6 janvier au 30 mars 2025. Nous avons passé de bons moments dans ce beau logement. Tout est fonctionnel, confortable et propre. Nous remercions Wesley le jardinier pour sa gentillesse et son efficacité tout comme Félicia, la femme de ménage, pour son bon travail et son sourire. Nous n'avons eu que peu de contacts avec Christophe et c'est presqu'uniquement avec son associé Daniel que nous avons traité. Nous tenons à remercier Daniel pour sa grande gentillesse et son dévouement. C'est un homme qui a le souci que les gens se sentent bien et qui répond avec sourire et efficacité aux demandes.

Unser Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft war wunderschön. Der Ausblick ist atemberaubend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist sehr gut. Man findet alles in der Küche was man zum kochen benötigt. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und die Gastgeberin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit bei allen Anliegen. Auch der Manager Jannis vor Ort, hilft bei allem. Großes Danke für seinen Einsatz heute Morgen als unser Auto nicht angesprungen ist. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen.

It was a true pleasure to spend a few days in Maria Cecilia's property. The place was incredible and my expectations were definitely met. The house is as beautiful as in the pictures and provides you with a relaxing time. The house if fully equipped with all the necessities and respects the description. It is also located in the heart of Las Terrenas with easy access to all the surroundings and possible activities. The communication with the host was impeccable, Maria Cecilia was always reachable, provided clear explanations and offered many interesting suggestions. This place is a real gem! I couldn't be happier about my experience.

We enjoyed our experience in this lovely home. Everyone was very responsive to all of our needs. The location was incredible with area restaurants within walking distance on the walkway by the beach. Thank you for the wonderful stay.

The house was really nice. Beautiful outside area with pool, lounging chairs, garden and BBQ, pretty flowers and parking. The kitchen has everything you might need, except for an oven. There is a washing machine and space to hang clothes to dry outside and inside if it rains too. There is a TV in the living room and some board games. There is air conditioning on each bedroom and on the living room. It was very comfortable, felt safe and was quiet too. We really enjoyed our stay, we were a group with little kids and a dog, very family friendly space. Definitely would come back!

Heraina was a great host! Very responsive and helpful! The airbnb was perfect for large groups and comfortably fit my family of 16 Things to keep in mind, the airbnb is a bit out of town so plan to have transportation; we rented atvs which were perfect for getting around

Très bel appartement spacieux situé tout près d'une magnifique plage. Le centre ville et ses commerces sont accessibles à 15mn à pied. Sur le chemin et front de mer de très bons restaurants. Nous avons sur place demandé des renseignements à Cristian qui a été très réactif.

Probably the nicest area to stay in Dominican. The apartment complex is very nice and the beaches are pristine and not very crowded! Also don’t forget to ask Arianna about local supermarket and food recommendations! Those were super helpful!

Todo muy bien, apartamento muy cerca de la playa, amplio, comodo y con ventiladores de techo en todas las áreas. Olga y su familia han sido muy amables y estuvieron pendiente de nosotros en todo momento. Muy recomendable! Muchas gracias Olga!

Es un buen alojamiento para disfrutar y estar en tranquilidad ya que tiene una de las playas más bonitas de terrenas, el apartamento estaba muy bonito y cómodo, al igual que el complejo. Simplemente todo estaba perfecto, Ingrid es muy buena anfitriona y está muy al pendiente ❤️

This place is beyond beautiful. Walking distance to the beach and close to restaurants and mosquito hotel. I will definitely stay here again.

El lugar estaba hermoso y muy limpio, tal cual en las fotos. Cèdric es una persona muy amable, las instrucciones desde el principio fueron claras. Alrededor del lugar hay un poco de ruido, nada exagerado y totalmente entendible por lo movido que suele ser en Las Terrenas, pero vale muchísimo la pena. Tenia varios colmados cerca, restaurantes y demás. La ubicación esta muy bien la verdad. La experiencia 10/10, volvería a este espacio sin pensarlo dos veces.

Tuvimos una estancia muy agradable. Luis y Elizabeth fueron unos anfitriones excepcionales, siempre atentos y con una comunicación muy fluida. El lugar era tal como se describía en la publicación, muy bien organizado y con todas las amenidades necesarias para una experiencia cómoda. La zona es tranquila, con una vista preciosa. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar para una estancia relajante. ¡Gracias por todo!

My wife and I loved our stay at Keisha's place. The condominium is beautiful, well-furnished, well-equipped, and extremely comfortable. Everything was as pictured. We felt right at home. The location is perfect....we could walk to the beach in two minutes, and into town in five minutes, yet it is located in a very peaceful setting. Having the option of sitting poolside or going to the beach is something we find very appealing. Keisha is an extremely likeable, friendly, and gracious host, and was very accessible and helpful with any questions we had. A truly lovely host! My wife and I definitely look forward to visiting Keisha's place again in the future!

My stay at Mirna’s was great. I felt as if I was home. It is well-equipped, clean, close to town and it also had food delivery options available. The kitchen was well equipped. My biggest concern was not finding a coffee maker and there it was 😍🤣 Mirna is an excellent host. She reached out as soon as we booked, and also messaged me early on the day of our check-in to provide all needed details. I would recommend the place and I would absolutely stay there again! Everything was lovely. We travelled with a 9 month old baby and Mirna even provided a baby crib. So thoughtful of her! The apartment is on the 4th floor, there is no elevator but you get help to bring your stuff upstairs, so it was all good! Thank you Mirna!

This is a hidden gem in Las Terrenas. The residence is clean, quiet, 3 minute walk to the beautiful beach. Delicious on site restaurant and very walkable all around town. Excellent and More Excellent. Thanks Robson and staff.

Wow! The best AirBNB we have been to. I wish we could have stayed longer. The beds are big and with high quality mattress, fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sofas. Not only the apartment is perfect, you also feel like in a real resort with the extra pool, the beach bar- restaurant and the almost private beach next to it. And the beach... Playa bonita is beautiful and perfect with kids!! Have no doubt- book this place.

We very much enjoyed our stay. The condo was nicely decorated with comfortable beds and furniture. Safe quiet location on the best part of the ballenas beach. We rented an ATV for the stay as it is a distance from grocery store and town. But there are several restaurants in short walking distance. The host was friendly and quick to respond. We would rent again!

Realmente SUPERÓ NUESTRAS EXPECTATIVAS!!! Carmen es un super host!!! siempre cordial y atenta a las necesidades del huésped. Primeramente, el apartamento está literal frente a la mejor playa de Las Terrenas. Muchos restaurantes cerca (recomiendo Manda Popy, unas delicias justo al lado del apartamento). el apartamento TIENE TODO: COCINA ESPECTACULAR CON TODO PARA COCINAR y un balcón con vistas bellísimas a la piscina y al mar. Las camas muy confortables y los baños un lujo!. Las áreas del jardín y la piscina son muy cómodas y hermosas. Volveremos con seguridad! GRACIAS CARMEN!!!🫶💞

Absolutamente genial. Desde el momento previo a la reserva Bielka estuvo atenta a mis preguntas, respondiendo las claramente y con rapidez. Esto se mantuvo a lo largo de la estadía. El apartamento es tal cual se ve en las fotos y las descripciones. La cocina completamente equipada. Quedamos absolutamente encantados y definitivamente volveremos, ya que el clima se nos puso nublado y lluvioso. Regresaremos a disfrutar del sol y calor de Las Terrenas.
