Great hotel in a wonderful place.

Great location with amazing overview of the landscape. Very good pool, local vibe with friendly and attentive staff. Our room was small but for one night stay perfect and the king size bed was superbly comfortable. Geraldo the owner has amazing stories to tell and quite the adventurer. Recommended 100% but be aware you most definitely need a car to get to and be ready to drive up a very very steep three turns to reach the parking spot. If you arrive at night it needs extra attention.

I only stayed here for one night and I wish I could have stayed longer! The view from my room was so beautiful and peaceful! This place is great if you want to disconnect and spend some quiet time in nature. There were some amazing lizards that came into my room at night, it was a cool experience! I had a mosquito netting around my bed which was great! The room was very natural looking and clean. Felt like a wood cabin. The food at the restaurant was delicious but pretty expensive, I would recommend bringing some snacks. The host and his wife were very kind and they made me feel very comfortable. Very amazing and friendly people. I would definitely recommend this place!

The view of Los Haitises Park from our balcony was amazing. The staff are friendly and helpful. We booked our tours at the hotel and enjoyed ourselves greatly. The food is very good and the pools are very relaxing. Given its location, a little harder to get to but worth it.

Este lugar es asombroso, las fotos no le hacen justicia a lo que es en realidad, esta muy cerca tanto del limón como de portillo, por lo que tiene una ubicación clave para hacer las actividades. El enfoque verde y de bajo impacto ambiental es una filosofía que llevan en la concepción, en los más mínimos detalles puedes notar el esfuerzo por ser un genuino ecolodge

Really nice room in the middle of the jungle. Beautiful surrounding! Unfortunately there were quite some mosquitos, so you should be prepared and have some spray (the bed has a net, so no problem there). Carolina and Maria were very helpful in organising trips in the surrounding, thank you again for that! Breakfast and dinner were very good!

das Einzige, was wir bereuen ist, dass wir nur eine Übernachtung gebucht haben. die Bilder werden der Unterkunft nicht gerecht! wir waren überwältigt von der Anlage. die Pools waren schön und passend in die Umgebung eingebunden. das Zimmer war sehr gross, sauber und super schön. Die Unterkunft ist sehr abgelegen, kein Lärm der Stadt, sondern nur das stetige Rauschen des Bachs und des tropischen Regens. Zum Essen gab es jeweils ein Buffet, welches sehr ausgewogen und lecker ist. es werden diverse Touren im Los Haitises park angeboten. wir nutzten die Gelegenheit und machten die 4h Kayak tour und eine Birdwatching tour mit José. die Unterkunft und das Tourenangebot kann ich herzlich weiterempfehlen.

Très beau séjour de 3 jours les déjeuners sont excellents et santé/les souper sont excellents aussi très belle endroit pour se reposer 5 minutes de la magnifique plage! Je vais revenir!

We had the most incredible time at El Valle Lodge. We booked this stay last minute. Carolina was super quick to respond with directions and questions about our stay. The ride into El Valle Lodge is incredible, a perfect way to see the real Dominican and see how the locals live. We had the most amazing meals, smoothies and desserts prepared for us every morning and night including passion fruit cocktails that were delicious. The property is incredible and the room was perfect. We could hear the ocean at night along with all the other sounds of nature. Carolina also helped us plan excursions for whale watching and waterfall hikes. Which are both a must do while in Samana. I had the most amazing time at El Valle Lodge and plan to come back as soon as I can. I can't thank Carolina and her family enough for the most incredible time. This place is a must do and see while in Samana.
